I have been coming here for 15 years at least. I love Burger Mania. I have not had a thing i didnt like. whether i just want a munchie style snack like the combo platter or some fries and a bacon cheese burger, this is the go to. Alos it is my daughters favorite spot these days as well so that tells ya something right there

Amazing place to eat. Food is delicious (zucchini was so yummy) and the owner is the best. He is wonderful to talk to and has a beautiful heart. Very sweet man.

Ordered the mania burgers, they were fresh, hot and an old style giant burgers. No shrinkflation here! You'd get half the mediocre and taste from a chain. On my list now when I want a good cheeseburger.

Got the pastrami sandwich. Haven't had one in a while. This sandwich was very good ☆☆☆☆☆ highly recommend getting it. They also have a very good variety on their Menu.

First and foremost, I would like to say the manager there was very disrespectful. I don’t know if he was a manager or just an employee but the fact that he question that we didn’t like cheese on her hamburger first all she’s lactose she would never say cheese secondly is that you would think he would be very kind knowing that the parking lot was empty the whole time we were there it was our first time there very excited to be there too. We spent about $60-$70 combine with our friends food and ours The fact that we got her food, she noticed that there was cheese when she took a first bite. I kindly went to the register and asked him sorry sir, but there’s cheese in her hamburger. He clearly gave us a disturbing answer back saying that that’s what she wanted that’s what she said. Meanwhile, she’s not a confrontation person so so I made it my problem to try to fix this mind you she kept saying no it’s OK. It’s OK. I’ll just eat the fries. I’ll eat the fries like no we all got there and we wanted to enjoy our food. It was just a hamburger. I don’t understand if it was like the hardest thing to make but a hamburger with bun, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, like that’s the cheapest thing that was there he refused to fix it told us to pay for another hamburger at that point I was like OK went back to our table continue to eat. She was kind of tearing up because the fact that he was questioning that she did say she wanted it knowing that she’s lactose we can hear him in the back talking to employees making it seem like we were lying mind you we still ate. He starts talking again over-the-counter saying it’s pretty funny how she’s lactose right but she got a shake. The thing is that that was her boyfriend shake, but we were talking about the shake. We were talking about the meal the hamburger that had cheese in it. There were so many things I wanted to say, but she was very uncomfortable at the time so we just asked if we can get Togo trays We packed up our food and left the whole time he was staring at us shake his head like come on, dude You could be more respectful, knowing that you don’t have customers the whole parking lot was empty. so yeah, first time we’re never going back if anybody read this understand that if I was a manager at a place that looked like it had nobody there we introduced ourselves like oh this is our first time here could’ve been more nicer about it so yeah, this is a rate of a zero stars disappointed.

I’ll be honest I wasn’t really feeling it when I pulled up because the area is less than great. Quite a homeless population going on, but we opted to go inside and I was pleasantly surprised at what they had to offer. The place is definitely old and could use some improvements, but was pretty clean and service was great. I was surprised to see Mexican food on the menu along with burgers, Chicago dogs etc, but I think it works especially if you have someone he hates one of the other. I chose the Chicago dogs and fries, but we also decided to try the rolled tacos, and a Philly cheesesteak. Everything came out pretty quick and looked good, the cheesesteak was tiny and felt it lacked meat etc. but it was ok. The hotdog was delicious and topping great. Fries were crispy. The rolled tacos had melted cheese on top and they gave Musca side of guacamole. Also good. They offer fountain drinks, bottles and cans of soda as well. I also saw small bottles of alcohol like you’d find at the grove store near checkout. There is a drive thru of toys like to take it to go as well. I’d come back and get other things. Traffic was pretty steady in and out while we ate. Looks like a frequent stop for those who work and live nearby

They also weren't as tasty as they used to be either. This place has been here a long time and it's still the same owner So it's not like they were bought out or something.

I’ve lived here in the Phoenix area for 37 years and I’ve passed this place at least 100 times, finally stopped in for lunch this morning.
The mania burger with cheese is absolutely excellent, old-fashioned cooked hamburger, the fries just fresh right out of the fryer.
I ordered a small hotdog and was surprised that it was all beef, Vienna, hot dog. Tasted excellent, couldn’t ask for a better tasting hotdog.
The service was over the top, and older gentleman took my order and was quite friendly, helpful, even suggested the mania burger since I let him know that it was my first time here.
Pricing was a little steep, but in the end, I have no problem paying a good price for an excellent experience. In my mind, I received exactly what I paid for, high-quality food, friendly service, and a clean restaurant. You just can’t ask for more.
So if you’re in the mood for a great burger and a great hotdog and fresh fries, stop in at Burger mania, you won’t be disappointed.
