I’ve lived in the area for a while but decided to try this place on a whim when I was craving a burger…let me just say, I probably won’t get a burger elsewhere. Tried the Ortega cheeseburger and it was SO GOOD. Patty is nicely seasoned, and the cheese was melted thoroughly. Massive portion too. My partner got the grilled chicken sandwich and it was nice and juicy. Fries and onion rings were made fresh, crispy and piping hot. We took our order to go and there’s cute little entertainment machines in the store. The atmosphere is nice and cozy and we’d love to dine in next time. Definitely a hidden gem!! Will bring my friends who frequently fly in from out of state next time they’re here :)

My husband and I have enjoyed coming here for a while now. The food is good, huge menu, and fries are super yummy. We came in ordered almost 40$ worth of food, sat down, ate, and my husband and I sat and talked and were actually enjoying each other lol. Then the uncalled for rude older Hispanic male working the register told my husband and I that there was a 30 minute allowance and that we were past it. He KICKED US OUT! I was in tears out of humiliation, confusion, and total disbelief. I was so disappointed, very very disappointed . Although it didn't apply to everyone, just the ones the like to stereotype. Luckily there wasn't to many people to be humiliated in front of, but wow that one hurt the ole heart, and we will NEVER go back.

I can't believe I've lived in the Valley my whole life, yet overlooked Burger Mania for so long. This retro setting reminds me of going to get burgers with my dad when I was a kid.The service is not only friendly, but fast. The burgers and fries are made fresh. The burgers are huge. The best part is that these can be reheated the next day and not lose their flavor.If you're in North Phoenix, be sure not to overlook Burger Mania.
$24 for a dozen wings. Restaurants have lost their minds. With tax most of the sandwiches are pushing $20. In and Out for me.

If you are looking for something that is remotely close to Chicago favorites this place will semi satisfy the hankering of your cravings.I got an Italian beef sandwich, which in all honesty I was looking for the Italian sausage beef combo. I saw an Italian beef combo on the menu and asked the cashier if this was what I was initially longing for but to my disappointment it was just the Italian beef, fries and drink (combo) even the cashier was yeah no your looking for the sausage beef combo and explained the above.This sandwich had decent flavor but it lacked flare and personality.Then I had the Chicago dog, which this one was average nothing really to write home about.Like I said when I opened this review it would semi get the Job done. Can't forget the price, it is a little bit pricey for what you get.

Just moved in up the street from this lil gem, my family and I were craving a burger and needless to say they did not disappoint. the burgers and fries are incredible i had the colossal burger, my wife had wings and my son got the kids menu cheeseburger with some mushrooms for us to share! Everything was delicious, my new go to burger.if you like the burger factory this is on that level of good. And the portions are big as well so u definitely get what u pay for all in all ?the older gentleman (the owner of presume) running the counter was very friendly and welcoming if I could give this place 7 stars I would. Will definitely be back soonKid-friendliness: The owner was very nice with my 6 year old when he had asked him for some change for the claw game my son swears this is his new favorite ❤️
