FINALLY I found a pastrami sandwich that is the closest to The Hat in California. With hot yellow peppers! Also the burger, and onion rings were on point. Definitely a new customer.

Gotta try their pastramis was my old review when it was Burger Shop but now it's going down hill. Look at the pastrami sandwich they gave me today. It's so small and the meat was so dry ,ugh I think it's time to look for another pastrami place😔

The moment I stepped up to the counter, I was greeted with a warm smile and a kind hello—true hospitality at its finest.
I could see my food being prepared right behind the woman taking my order, the tantalizing aroma filling the air. Every bite was made to order, and the care put into each dish was evident. Since it was my nephew’s first time here—and my first visit in over a decade—I wanted something memorable. Burger Shoppe did not disappoint.
My nephew’s double bacon cheeseburger was a masterpiece: half a pound of juicy, flavorful beef, crispy bacon, and gooey cheese, paired with perfectly crispy, lightly salted fries. I also ordered zucchini, expecting a small portion, but what arrived was impressively generous. The house-made ranch complemented it perfectly, rich and full of flavor.
For myself, I chose a gyro with extra tzatziki. The sauce was light yet refreshing, and the pita held up beautifully, maintaining its integrity despite the generous portion. It was so filling that even my niece got to enjoy some. And then, the star of nostalgia—the chili cheese dog. Far from the usual flimsy fare, this was an all-beef hot dog, thick and satisfying, nestled in a warm, soft bun and smothered in chili sauce and cheese. The first bite alone took me back, reminding me of flavors I hadn’t enjoyed in ages.

What I witnessed today demands urgent attention. While at the restaurant, I observed what appeared to be the manager striking a girl at the drive-thru. I assume he is the manager because, immediately after the incident, he resumed his duties, checking the establishment and interacting with the staff.The man approached her from behind and hit her hard on the back, loud enough for me to hear from my position in line. He struck her not just once, but twice. Another woman in a black hoodie looked visibly shocked and repeatedly questioned why he hit her . It was crazy to witness.

This is our favourite place to go but now it is going downhill. Today around 6 pm i was there to order via drive thru and there was loud music going on. Cashier hardly understand what i was ordering. Food is always awesome here but customer service is going down…

I'm Dasher, I went and was there for half an hour waiting for an order that only took 3 minutes to prepare, the orders of 4 people who arrived after me came out. I hope I don't go there again for an order.

We always eat here and usually the food is great but today I found a stapler in my food. I'm so glad it didn't cause a cut in my mouth or that I didn't give that piece to my child. Threw the burrito away and pretty much threw my money away because it was literally like my second bite. Pretty disappointed.

We stopped at this restaurant late at night, and to our surprise it was busy. To me that is a good sign of how good the food is at this establishment. The hamburgers were excellent the fries were crispy unfortunately the onion rings were a little burnt. The tables were kind of dirty but the service made up for it.
