Made popular by Tik Tok roadside vendors selling breakfast burritos made with Spam, or chorizo. They also have pastrami burritos, green and red chile burros, and homemade tamales. They all cost around $5.00. I went with huevos con papa's which was pretty good size but a little bland with a good homemade tortilla. If you're in the neighborhood give them a try and support people trying to make extra money in this economy.
