Butler’s Easy delivered on every level. I came with friends and left already planning my next visit.
The food was a highlight — their pretzels and artichoke dip are a must. But the real stars of the night were the drinks. If you’re into mezcal, do not sleep on the Mezcal Old Fashioned or the Pour-Favor. Both are outstanding.
Our bartender (I forgot to catch her name) was absolutely amazing. Warm, attentive, and genuinely easy to work with. I’m not great with spicy, and she adjusted the Pour-Favor without hesitation so I could actually enjoy it. That kind of hospitality makes all the difference.
The space itself is spacious yet somehow still feels intimate — perfect for an after-work drink, a catch-up with friends, or even a first date. The patio especially has great energy.
Couldn’t recommend this place more. Butler’s Easy is exactly the kind of spot Phoenix needs more of.

This place was just the spot I was looking for , alive yet very intimate, small yet not tiny, and a very mysterious vibe that I loved from moment of walking in, staff was very friendly and helpful, im sorry I didnt get the young man's name who served us last night but the whole staff was amazing , definitely would recommend for a party of 2 trying to spend a fun romantic night together ❤️

Nestled in an unassuming strip mall, this cocktail bar is a hidden gem. Step inside, and the welcoming atmosphere instantly puts you at ease, inviting you to relax and enjoy their truly delicious cocktails.
The food menu is quite limited—we didn't eat there, so I can't comment on it—but our bartender Josh was outstanding: friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming.
They also have a nice patio and offer cigars, adding to the laid-back vibe.

Last night in Phoenix, I discovered a bar that truly elevates the cocktail experience. The atmosphere alone was something special. Dim lights reflecting off a sleek black countertop, stand up comedy, and a the coolest art on the wall.
Josh, the bartender, is a mixologist behind one of the best drinks. He crafted an espresso martini that was nothing short of perfection. The presentation was beautiful: a smooth, frothy top crowned with three coffee beans, balanced just right between rich espresso and silky sweetness. Every sip had depth, precision, and care. You could tell Josh takes pride in his craft.
This place gets us. Especially when “I think you should leave” we keep coming back

If Gatsby lived in Phoenix, this would be his bar. Tucked away on Butler and 7th, Butler’s Easy oozes speakeasy charm without a hint of pretension, the kind of place where the lights are low, the vibes are high, and the cocktails could convince anyone they have sophisticated taste.
The bartenders? Absolute legends. Rosemary, Arel, and Becca don’t just mix drinks, they craft experiences. Their spins on classic cocktails are so good they should be patented. Whether you’re in the mood for something smoky, floral, or downright dangerous, they’ll whip up magic faster than you can say “one more round.”
Come on a Wednesday for trivia.... hands down the best hosted trivia night in Phoenix. The host writes all her own questions, which makes it the perfect mix of clever, challenging, and hilarious. Saturdays bring live music that fills the room like a smooth old-fashioned, and Sundays serve up drag brunches that are equal parts fierce and fabulous.
And just when you think they’ve done it all, May rolls around, and they throw an adult prom!!!! That’s right!!... drinks, dancing, and a do-over for anyone who wants to rewrite prom night (no curfew this time) ;)
