The atmosphere and sound is amazing!!!! The bands sound so much better and the stage & dance are great!! Food is so so but it's reasonably priced.

Fun place, especially on Tuesdays with DJ SirPlus playing the hits to keep the crowd moving. Plus great food and drink specials!

Went early for a show, doors were supposed to open at 7. Waited in line for over an hour while late attendees showed up for VIP. I was under the impression since it’s a bar and grill, we’d be able to get some food before the show.

This should really be communicated, also security was very unpleasant, even though we were all waiting over an hour in line.

The least people can do is communicate and be polite.

Will likely not be back.

We are traveling so I searched restaurants near me and found Cactus Jack's. The food was good, service was great, but it's not really a restaurant. It is a bar that serves food and apparently has a live band often.

Ordered burger and Fries at 7 pm, at 830 pm canceled order because my food still hasn't arrived. Ordered a beer and noticed they automatically charge you a $ 1.35 gratuity. I always thought tips were based on how well the service was????

They play different kinds of music on different days. They do something different everyday. Great variety and i like that. The crowd is mix. I will be going back. I recommend going to see what is going on.

I had a great night tonight watching Escape The Hive. Such a good band!!! I tried the Cajun wings and they were excellent. Sam was such an awesome server. She really helped make this a great night.

I visited this restaurant one time. I was there for taco Tuesday. Not only did i get over charged a ghost tip of 8$ i didn't approve. Almost a week later i was charged over 45.00$ and i have never been back since aug 26. I went to the place of business and tried to find out how this happened and was presented with nothing but issues trying to get this resolved. They said it was a automatic 20% gratuity charged on events. 20% of a 8 dollar bill is not 16$. They try to avoid dealing with it by lying about the manger not being in the restaurant the manger also lied saying he wasn't there after he picked up the phone. Be careful about this place they are not honest and they make up excuses. I called three different times and provided times when the manger would be available and he never was. When i visited the store a week later the manger mike confirmed this type of stuff happened all the time but blames it on the POS system they have. I still haven't heard from management which i was told i would get a call by the owner we will see be make sure you keep all your receipts when you visit this restaurant. I know have to go through cancel my card and dispute all the charges due to visiting this place one time definitely not worth it..

Sunday afternoon/ evening with the Noodles is always great fun! 🕺

charged us $20 each for a cover to a very dead event. there was maybe 15-20 people there. performances were supposed to start at 10pm and we left at 11 and no one had played yet. $20 also for two small vodka sodas. not worth the money for the environment in my opinion. any other bar or club in phoenix on a tuesday wouldnt charge women a cover. save your money go somewhere else.

The owner of this club made me feel extremely uncomfortable. He refused to honor his word and pay my band the agreed-upon amount, which is something I’ve never experienced in all my years performing around the Valley and across the country. To make matters worse, he paid part of what he owed us in single dollar bills, which felt cheap and disrespectful. This was by far one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve had with a venue owner, and I would strongly caution other musicians and patrons about supporting this establishment.
