Tried to order food online for pickup. Went in to pick it up and the cashier was extremely rude and unhelpful. She just kept telling us we needed an email confirmation when we never got one however the charge showed up on my card. Her attitude was very condescending and disrespectful. Skip this place.

I ate here on 12/18/25 and the food was wonderful and the service was fantastic! Adamaris was awesome! She was very friendly and so helpful at checkout. She helped me sign up for the app so I can get points. Anna, Maria, and Nana were also great when they made dinner recommendations. The only complaint I have is the cleanliness of the place where you leave the used trays and the restroom. The place to leave the used trays was completely full and the restroom needed the trash picked up. It is like that at every Zupas I've eaten at though so this locations still gets top marks from me.

I LOVE Zuppas, but this was the first time I didn't enjoy my meal. I ordered a pumpkin soup, it tasted like Texmex. Then it was topped with fried tortilla strips. If it's pumpkin it should be topped with pumpkin seeds. I went back to the counter and the gal behind the counter kindly refunded my soup.
