I ordered the chicken noodle soup. They put cold pasta in the bowl and then poured the hot broth over the top. Needless to say the soup was lukewarm at best. I asked to have it microwaved and she said they can't. By the time they prepare the soup with the cold pasta and you finally pay, it's way past being hot. They are at least one person short in their assembly line. I won't order that again.

Service was very slow and unorganized. Cleanliness of restaurant was not good. A refrigeration unit on the counter was being ripped out while food was being prepared. Very unsanitary. Work should have been done after hours.

Interesting food but being asked repeatedly what it is that I ordered was annoying. They need to revamp their service line so I only have to give the details of my order once. The extra chocolate covered strawberry was a nice touch. What they call a French baguette was a heavy dense dinner roll. Neither of us would go back.

I ordered a curbside pickup order and it was set for 6:13 being done. At 6:30 I called 1 minute after getting a text that it was ready for pickup explaining that it was a curbside order. They brought out the food and went to leave and I mentioned the drinks. They brought them out and we went home. At home we realized we had food missing and a drink that was incorrect but it is too far to even consider going back... Wish they got it the first time...

Lobster bisque was watery and cold. Disappointing to pick up and drive home to find out you wasted your money and time on this crap.

The food is great. The service there is the only reason why I dread going to this location on camelback. None of this staff communicates when you order which I usually get the 2 combo and while I stop and talk to every employee down the line I have to keep Repeating the order. The worst part is getting to the register. I didn't catch the cashiers name but she has the died red hair and she so rude and makes me feel attacked for telling her my order. While my husband paid cash we could tell she was irritated left our cash on the counter behind the register and walked away all while I stood there waiting for our cash back. When she decided to come back she rolled her eyes when I asked for our cash back. Then just about every time I go in that restaurant there at more dirty tables then clean. Super unfortunate.

Whatever you do, do not order via the app or drive through- new Queen Creek location. It's new but it taking a hour to get your order where walk ups it's taking 20-30 minutes

Ordered Pesto Chicken sandwich. Good! A bowl of potato green chili soup. Yum! Strawberry dipped in chocolate comes with it. Sweet! Had ice tea and bill was $20. Not cheap! If I had a well paying job I'd eat here more often. Love all the soups! Mushroom especially. Also, I do not recommend coming here when you skipped breakfast and are starving, cause I was still hungry and got a cheeseburger at McDonalds.

Cafe Zupa's Has the best food, the best prices, very pleasant employees, clean establishment, the atmosphere is low key. I love that you can get a half soup and half salad at a very decent price.
