jadiyah + fredi made my DAY today! i got to the front super unprepared for what i wanted to order and jadiyah jumped straight into offering me different options and was super helpful + friendly when i was ordering, then when i made it to the till fredi was super friendly as well + helped me get my reward points when i couldn’t access my app !! i tried offering a cash tip but he said he couldn’t accept it so MAKE SURE you put a tip on the system instead of bringing cash !!! the food was super yummy but the staff definitely made the experience what it was !! thank you fredi + jadiyah !! :)

I usually love Cafe Zupa but for some reason this location is very sub-par. The staff seem far more interested in chatting than helping customers. Last time, 3 staff literally fought over who would get stuck making our sandwich. The last 4 visits, I have to watch them make my salad like a hawk because it keeps getting messed up. I certainly don't trust ordering online at this location. You need to do better.

Fred I the manager is the best! I recently tried Cathy Soup and had the crispy marshmallow bar along with a mango berry salad. The marshmallow bar was absolutely delicious—crispy, sweet, and perfectly balanced with just the right amount of crunch. The salad was fresh and vibrant, with a great mix of ingredients that made for a light and satisfying meal. Both dishes were awesome prepared with care, and the flavors were spot on. Highly recommend trying both if you’re looking for a fun and tasty experience!

Zupas has good quality food just don’t order online at this location they literally took Two Hours to fulfill my order.
I waited for an hour at the store thinking it surely would be done and nope.
Order placed “to be ready” at 12:51 and didn’t actually hand it to me until 2:30

Today during lunch time, Zupas at Desert Ridge was busy as usual. While most servers looked stressed out and at times confused about what the customers had ordered, Cassie with her usual smiling face, hardworking and mindful nature made sure things moved smoothly and customer orders were promptly prepared. She is one of the best! and I hope the management realizes that.

If I could rate zero stars I would. When I went to pick up my to go order it wasn’t ready. I didn’t mind waiting a few minutes but more people kept coming in for their take out orders and they all got theirs before I did. Had to wait almost 30 minutes to get my order and then when I got home I realized there was no chicken in my salad and I didn’t receive the extra roll I purchased. Worst experience.

This is my first time eating at Zupas, and they made sure I’ll never come back.
1. The service was very poor, and the dishes that had meat kept falling into the hot water below, which made me question the quality.
2. I ordered the Try 2 Combo – a full sandwich (Mediterranean Chicken) and a half soup (Chicken Enchilada Chili). The soup was very thick and salty, and I got a Veggie Crunch instead of the sandwich I ordered. All it had was cucumber, sweet potato, and some spread.
3. The order took a long time, so I didn’t bother going back to correct it. She asked me if I had a sandwich and soup, and I said yes—I didn’t know what it was supposed to look like, since it was my first time.
4. The drink stations were not clean at all.

Overall, it was a bad experience. I will never go back

Typically, we love the Desert Ridge Café Zupas, but today was one of the worst. Started with poor service, stood there for over 5 minutes to order with no one else in front of us. One person busting her ass and the other four standing around talking to a girl at the register. Then the guy at the register had no clue what was going on and had to ask us several times what our order was. The drinks we begin to love, Pina Colada, Mango Mojito, and Strawberry Daiquiri were all watered down with zero flavor. I guess they had their B crew working Mondays. Guess we will avoid Mondays.

the southwest superfood bowl quite literally brought the life back into my body while i was on my lunch break. i wasn’t sure that i could make it through the day but this meal restored my faith. cafe zupas has the right idea including a little bread roll and a little chocolate strawberry. this is exactly what i needed. thanks.
