I went to this place and found out that a new owner is a plain and simple disaster. The previous owner was a great cook and the food was delicious. I ordered as takeout sarma and 10 cevapi. First, about sarma. It was cold and disgusting. The previous owner was making an amazing sarma unlike this new owner who obviously does not have any proper skills . I ate very little and threw it away. Second order was cevapi. They were pretty much tasting like some kind of rubber. The only positive ingredient of this meal was onion. I tried two cevapi and threw the rest. I am questioning hygiene in this place and definitely proper procedures regarding food storage and in general food preservation. My advice: STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Post scriptum: If you want to enjoy a great Balkan food you can visit and try Balkan Cafe and Balkan bakery. You will be satisfied with everything that these two places offer to customers.
The meat burek is amazing

What a special place! The food is delicious...fresh home REAL Bosnian cooking. The prices are more than fair. BUT the service is the real gem. Devleta, the owner, cook, server,...a one person show. Treated like family and a real Bosnian experience. Many clients are from the Bosnian community who all rave about Devleta. I have eaten there many times and had multipledishes..all delicious..and way more tha filling. A real dining experience in a humble setting.

Our experience felt like we stepped into a little piece of Bosnia with homemade dishes and family like hospitality. The person that served us was so wonderful and really made us feel at home. It was our first time trying Bosnian food and everything we ate was very rich and tasty and of course the coffee was exquisite. I highly recommend giving this authentic little treasure a try!

Hidden Gem! The food was delicious! Coffee was soo good! It is located in a questionable side of town but absolute worth it when you step in. I got the cabbage rolls and baklava, it was as if I went to someone's house, it was so heart warmingly delicious!
I had a wonderful experience here today. The food was absolutely delicious — rich, hearty flavors that felt homemade. I ordered the goulash with fresh rolls, which was deeply satisfying, and the Bosnian coffee was a highlight. It’s not just a drink — it’s a ritual. I learned about a beautiful Bosnian tradition where you take a sugar cube and either hold it on your tongue or nibble it between sips of coffee, rather than mixing the sugar into the cup. It creates this amazing balance between the bitterness of the coffee and the slow sweetness of the sugar — such a thoughtful & elegant experience. The atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and full of charm. I took some pictures and will definitely be sharing more. Highly recommended to anyone wanting an authentic taste of Bosnia with heartfelt hospitality!
Fast and fresh food. I do recommend to other people.
Absolutely wonderful food at a more than reasonable price. If you're looking to try a little slice of Bosnia don't pass this place up.
Best coffee ever. Owners are so sweet and gave us a free chocolate bar 😋😋 must stop by!
