Great little spot to get Vietnamese coffee! Even their iced teas are freshly made and delicious, they often have seasonal drinks too

This place has amazing quality coffee. Really robust flavor but not super bitter. You can tell they use good quality beans, espresso machine, grinder etc. I ordered online the first time and the same week drove over there for another of the same. Really excellent. Cool atmosphere. I also tried the bahn mi with eggs (I don’t eat meat) and it wasn’t really enjoyable. The bread was great but it wasn’t for me. I’m sure the meat ones are good though if that’s your thing. The place cares about quality and that was pretty clear from the jump. If I ate meat, I would be trying one for sure. Will return! & can’t wait to do so.

I absolutely love this little coffee shop. I’m not really a fan of coffee, but I have been in and had the Cortado two times and both times they were simply amazing! The ladies here are wonderful and remembered me the second time I visited. It’s my new neighborhood coffee spot and I can’t wait to take my friends and family when they visit.

My husband got the classic cappuccino here. I experimented with their classic matcha just because I wanted the smaller size. I got it with vanilla and it was great iced. I also tried the yuzu peach tea which was light and refreshing. Lovely time at thai coffee shop. The barista at the front took her time explaining everything I asked and was really sweet. She convinced me to get the yuzu peach tea instead of the cactus blossom green tea with her description. Great afternoon spot to study work or just chill.

Drinks, service and atmosphere were 5/5. Loved the Ube Coffee (ordered no syrup and half cream) and it was perfect. The pandan matcha was delicious too.

I wish this place was in my neighbourhood…I would go weekly

Café MOLLIE is an adorable little spot that’s perfect for a cozy coffee break or a cute Instagram shot. They offer a great variety of drinks, and their Vietnamese coffee is hands-down one of the best in Phoenix! While the sandwiches, like the chicken one I tried, didn’t impress me much due to some fatty cuts, the café's overall vibe makes up for it. Be aware that it's a bit tricky to find (look to the left, as there's no sign on the building), and parking is limited. The space is small, so seating can be tight, but it's accessible.
