I was hesitant trying the Mango sticky rice matcha but it was actually really good. I came to try the matcha overall so I am so happy it was worth the drive. Next time would be trying out the rest of their matcha options

Came in and the vibe of the place is so clinical? Why am I being blinded by whiteness in a coffee shop, there's absolutely no theme or identity to be found. The man at the counter was straight up rude, in a short encounter he left an impression, a very negative one. This place is designed to look good on your minimalistic Instagram feed. Cannot express enough just how brightly white it was in there, not made for regulars simply because you'd get a headache if you were there longer than ten minutes.

This place is one of the worst places I've been too poor customer service, and the people that I encountered are rude as hell never going here again!

Loved the aesthetic of the place and the cute decor. I wanted to like this place but we did not like our drinks. BUT, the banana pudding is good.

The viet coffees were extremely bold, strong, bitter and tbh, unpleasant. I tasted no balance of evaporated or condensed milk at all. Heavy cream could not even save the drinks. To me these drinks were not viet coffees at all.

The mango sticky rice matcha was not for me. I got a huge mouthful of the essence of sticky rice and then extreme sourness from the mango. Perfect amount of matcha though. Just wasn’t a drink for me.
I asked the barista if I could get a different drink and she was kind enough to make me a new one. She seemed hesitant at first but I’m happy she was able to make me a new drink! I asked for a pandan matcha which was a bit better but the amount of matcha didn’t match the mango sticky rice I had. It was more milky. I would have loved the drink if there was more matcha powder.

A lot of people seem to like it here, I wanted to like it too but unfortunately it wasn’t for us.

Taro matcha is heavenly but ratio depends on size and who makes it I guess - I had a perfect 50/50 ratio with the medium and then a 75/25 Taro to matcha with the large but it was still soooo good. Highly recommend for just the Taro matcha but I will definitely try other flavors and drinks~

i hate to do this because it was a place I’d drive forever to get matcha for, but their quality has gone down significantly.. it just tasted like milk..

Drinks are good, matcha needs a good stirring, but once mixed amazing.

The drinks were incredible but while we sat we noticed how filthy the cafe was. The furniture and walls have stains, the kitchen area has never been wiped down, the counters were covered in residues, the floor had stains, hair and food everywhere. There was a dead cockroach under their straw and utensil table. A woman working behind the counter had her long hair down and kept touching it and her face while making drinks.

What a vibe! I loved it at Cafe Mollie. We came at a busy time on Sunday afternoon and were greeted by a wonderful girl taking orders at the counter. We chatted for a few and she told me about the mango sticky rice matcha and I just had to try one. We also ordered a matcha latte as well. We lucked out to find the last open seating for two while we waited. While on the smaller side it didn’t feel stuffy. The bright decor made it feel so much larger. Our drinks were out fast and were delicious. Parking was a sinch as well so I’d definitely call this place a win for me.if you don’t like matcha they of course also offer cold brew, espresso, Vietnamese coffee and more.
