I failed to check my lunch order before left the store. Whoops! They gave me someone else's order. I've never had a burrito before since I don't eat wheat products. I split it open and ate it like a taco salad in a bowl. Shredded chicken rather than fire grilled. It could have been worse. I'm too hungry too worry about it. I used my reward so not out much. Lesson learned: Next time I'll check my order. Never happened to me before.

We've visited this location twice in the past 9 months and had the same disappointing experience both times. We ordered a pork barbacoa burrito, enchilada style, with red sauce and melted shredded cheese on top. My 12-year-old daughter, who is polite and well-spoken, usually places the order with a little help from me.
Despite the clear request, the staff seemed confused. This time, they put green sauce inside the burrito, topped it with cotija cheese, and placed it in the warmer. When we politely asked if they could add red enchilada sauce and shredded cheese on top (as requested), they refused, saying they couldn't run the food through the warmer again.
At that point, we found ourselves standing at the counter debating whether to leave the burrito behind and walk out. We weren’t asking for a new one—just for the ingredients we had requested from the start. In the end, we decided to go ahead, pay for it, and simply not return.
To make matters worse, I speak fluent Spanish and could clearly understand the rude comments and grumbling from the staff. Completely unprofessional and inappropriate.
We had hoped the first time was just a one-off, but after a second nearly identical experience, it’s clear this location does not prioritize customer service or basic order accuracy.

Was not satisfied with portions provided. Chipotle provides 2-3 large scoops and they did near half scoop. Small scoop of guacamole and sour cream. Not spread over bowl.

This was my first time at any cafe rio and I had heard so many good things. I was SO disappointed. From the moment I stepped into the restaurant until I left was such a let down. First, I’m standing at the order line for almost five minutes before anyone greets me and then has me wait longer while the employees are off to the side talking. The order process was awkward and the portions were tiny! If you asked for just a little more cheese, they charged you. You get the tiniest dollop of sour cream and everything tastes like it was bathed in salt! Just go to chipotle instead. Overpriced. Poor customer service. Tiny portions. Not worth it.

I think that café, Rio be more aware of the manager that they hire because the manager and that Location does not have a clue of what customer services and she doesn’t have a good attitude. She really made me, and this is the second time. By the way, she really made me Make the decision of not going back to that place anymore. With my family, the first time, and now with myself trying to Have her advise on Katherine for my staff. She was not helpful at all. And I think that before. Naming somebody a manager, you should train them better.
