I love Cafe Rio and have for years, but the Customer service at this one is subpar.I ordered 5 items and they were not friendly and made me feel like I was wasting their time. The food was really good though. I will jusy go to other Cafe Rios going forward
I usually order from Uber Eats and it has been the second time now that my order has been incorrect. I always order the steak burrito and they have gaven me a chicken burrito twice in a row now. Also missing any salsa in the burrito. Please pay some better attention to the orders.

I ordered nachos with steak through uber eats, requested no beans and no sour cream, hoped they would double the guacamole, what I got was chips with beef and cheese, NOTHING else, no guacamole, no lettuce, no tomato, no black olives no jalapeno. Won't be ordering from here again.
