Super clean store with delicious fresh food. Blows other Mexican fast food out of the water.
By far the worst Cafe Rio I've ordered from. What I received is not even close to what I asked for. Never again.
We ordered salads and one came with no lettuce at all. Both had maybe eight tiny pieces of meat which is ridiculous for how expensive they are. The quality was awful and the presentation looked like no one cared. We’ve had issues here before with staff who don’t seem to know what they’re doing. We even emailed about a previous experience and never got a response. Extremely disappointed. Would not recommend.
Very rude workers and unfriendly atmosphere, started preparing food before we ordered and rushed us, unhelpful, and overcharged us
The Cafe Rio food was amazing! It had been a little while since I had been to Café Rio, and I was having an impromptu party and my guests enjoy Mexican food. I ordered a taco platter, a pan of enchiladas, and kids quesadillas. The platter came with beans and rice, and I had salsa and guacamole on the side. I believe I ordered for 6 to 8 people, but there was plenty of food left over. And reruns the next day were just as tasty! I won’t let so much time pass by without getting to Café Rio again.
I’ll be back…
Good food but upcharged for sour cream and dressing without being notified it was extra…..a first - for me…it wasn’t posted anywhere that either one is extra money…staff needs to either let you know or it should be posted like they do for guacamole and queso. Careful they nickel and dime at this location.
I'm trying to eat a little more healthy. So I got me some weird salad that they have. It was delicious and very fresh. It's no Filibertos but still quite tasty.

I wanted to enjoy a nice, relaxing meal with my wife so she wouldn’t have to cook, and we could spend the day getting ready for a very busy holiday season. When we got our food, we noticed we were missing a lot of shredded cheese for our nachos—both of us were missing the cheese. We tried calling the vendor, Uber Eats, but they said they were unable to do anything.
We then contacted the store and were able to speak to one of the employees. She said they could offer points but mentioned they couldn’t do anything else because the order was placed through a third-party service. I explained that they were ultimately responsible for preparing the food and that half of the meal was essentially ruined because the nachos were missing the cheese. Despite this, she essentially said, “tough luck.” When I asked how they wanted to resolve this issue, she didn’t take any further action not even awarding the points she offered.
In the end, the customer service was terrible. Even after offering points, nothing was done to address the situation. This was a terrible experience, and I will never order from this Café Rio again.

Food is good but the register guy has an attitude of very poor customer service. Sit back and watch. He stares at the receipt printing. If you don’t tip, he just lets you grab it and doesn’t say a word to you. If you tip, he pulls the receipt and hands it to you with a thank you.
I eat here a couple times a week and food is very consistent.

Placed an order through the app for pickup; the employees were polite, but really messed up my order.
ordered two salads, one with chicken and with a request for pico, limes, and guacamole on the side; the other pork with those things on the salad. Got no limes or guacamole at all on the side, and the chicken salad came with everything on it, much to the disappointment of my daughter who doesn't like tomatoes or guacamole.
Then I dig further into my salad, and the cilantro lime rice is just white rice. No flavor. And then the mint limeade was also missing lime!!
I have to travel to Phoenix to enjoy Cafe Rio, so this was a huge let down all around. I would definitely not go out of my way to this location again.
