My wife and I had another great meal at this (our favorite) location. Brian the (new kid) put together our salads and they were the best we have had there! The entire staff was friendly and they all had smiles!!! Thank you for the quick service, smiles and great food!

Went in to order food and was at the counter ready to order as an employee continued to wipe up the counter and some of the food bins while completely ignoring us. Terrible customer service. I turned around and walked right out without ordering because I will not spend my hard earned money in a place that doesn't value it's customers or their own work environment.

Usually like the food here, but the service is definitely lacking. Ordered on the app, was told another 5 minutes when I arrived. As I waited, a number of orders were picked up, but the young man on the register never looked back to see my order sitting on the shelf. Eventually I tried to get his attention to ask if that order might be mine, but most of the employees were more interested in socializing with each other than taking care of customers. There was another customer at the register getting annoyed while the employees ignored him in favor of their personal conversation. Turns out my order was ready for quite some time while I sat and waited. To top it off, the chicken was missing from my Protein bowl when I opened it at home. Very disappointing as we like the food. :-(

This location is absolute trash. Or at least whoever is working specifically today. We ordered two bowls today and good god both look like a toddler threw them together. Missing ingredients on both and both have almost no chicken on them. Small bowls as well. $35 for trash. Y’all should be embarrassed. Zupas is a good chain and I eat at the other location in surprise. But this location is an abomination.

I went there for my first time yesterday during my lunch break at noon as an autistic ADHD person I received great customer service and ALOT of help with the ordering process and how things worked etc... they were very friendly and helpful from the guy making my salad to the guy at the cash register the food was also very delicious and healthy

i came here to eat lunch with a friend. the line was 20 mins long but it was well worth the wait. everyone who makes the food makes sure the food is made fresh for each customer. the Mediterranean chicken sandwich is very popular and needed to be brought to my table when more were made for my friend and i. the sandwich was well worth the few mins wait, i can see why it is so popular. it is delicious. great customer service as well.

I haven't visited Zupas in a while. My in-laws love the place, so we went for lunch. The food was decent. I had a salad, and the chicken looked and tasted highly processed. It's more like lunch meat rather than actual grilled chicken. The gentleman who checked us out wasn't friendly. Other than that, the experience was fine overall.
Only rating the food as we had it delivered. Food was great.delivery food is never as good as it is when you dine in. Northern case here. My wife and I ordered Uber eats, and everything was great. Great salads, fresh rolls, tasty soup, and great sandwich. As we have never been there, this convinced us that we will be dining in as well.
