Worst experience ever! Placed an online order for our food to get delivered. The food never got delivered and driver did not follow up with us. We placed our order through zupas directly. We drove to zupas to get the order remade and still disappointed. My chicken noodle soup came with ramen noodles and ONE piece of chicken. 80% of the soup was broth. Super disappointed in the quality of the food and the unreliable delivery service through their website.

Gabe is amazing my son and I enjoyed our meal! Gabe is so efficient at the front serving with a smile and he also helped me to a go salad container, while he was so busy.

We came in tonight during a really busy rush and the line was long, but Caleb and Alex were absolutely hustling to keep things moving. They jumped in wherever needed, filled gaps, and kept everything flowing. It definitely seemed like a stressful situation, but both of them handled it with smiles and such positive attitudes. That level of service is rare to find these days and really stood out. On top of that, the food was great as always. Huge thanks to Caleb and Alex for making a busy night a great experience.

Food was good but soups were lukewarm. Service was awful and staff were rude. Locations is dirty and un stocked of utensils. Pretty disappointing considering we really enjoy Zupas.

This place needs to get their act together. We ordered via Uber Eats and never received our food. Allegedly, our food got stolen. There's another review from two years ago where the same thing happened. It appears Zupas won't fix the problem, doesn't care, or both. Very poor experience with this location.

Absolutely love the salads at Zupas but the Happy Valley location just gets more and more run down every time we come. The walls have been half painted and unfinished for well over a year. The kitchen and bathroom and order counter are just gross, not clean and in need of some major attention. Today we were served our lunch on a tray that was dirty and a broken bowl.

The food is always fresh and delicious at Cafe Zupas! I love the variety of sandwiches, soups and salads on the menu. The restaurant offers a clean, spacious environment to dine in. The staff gives prompt and friendly service.
I don't appreciate the added auto tip when ordering on the app. Also, the sandwiches are not toasted enough like they used to be. Lastly, what's up with all the excessive packaging?
