The food is always fresh and delicious at Cafe Zupas! I love the variety of sandwiches, soups and salads on the menu. The restaurant offers a clean, spacious environment to dine in. The staff gives prompt and friendly service.
I don't appreciate the added auto tip when ordering on the app. Also, the sandwiches are not toasted enough like they used to be. Lastly, what's up with all the excessive packaging?

The culinary lead, Alex have phanamonal customer service and excellent display of team oriented spirit. He runs this location very well it's very nice and clean. The staff friendlyness from the time you walk in is amazing and postive. Thank for a great experience and my spouse bought me here for the first time and everything is 10/10.

Over the years Café Zupa's has gone downhill. I got the Strawberry Harvest salad and it was all lettuce. I would have said something, but was eating before catch8ng a movie. Not a fan of their new drink options.

This location is filthy dirty all over. In desperate need of remodeling and daily upkeep of all spaces and surfaces. Very unappealing to eat food from a place so dirty.

Next time I'll place an order several minutes in advance, arrive and then resubmit the order to see which of the order types gets made first and I'm confident the dine-in order will win.

I really didn't want to make this review. I order take out here alot.. Usually it's good. But the last couple times have been kind of sad.. Can't they pick out the charred sweet potatoes before putting on the lid & bagging it to go..?? I'm very allergic to char burnt foods. Also the sliced avocados have been looking nasty & gray. I don't mind spending the $13 for the bowl, but atleast make it presentable & edible. Hopefully next time it will be better. 🤞 .. Maybe I can change my review in the future.

First time I've been to this chain. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of my dish (I had a bowl). Ingredients seemed fresh and my dish a delicious. The service was efficient and friendly. A nice place to get lunch if you work on the area. Try them out. You won't be disappointed!

I walked in with only 3 min before close because I got out of work late myself. Alex, Kyla and Evan (I believe his name was) were so nice and friendly. I appreciated them not making me feel like a jerk for coming in just before closing. Thanks for not making me have to get a fast food burger!
