Went to this brand when it first came out a few times, and came back to get some soup this evening.Store is not clean, everything is sticky and very run down looking, soup is luke warm, rolls are cold and non descript, Brisket sandwich is all bread and hardly any meat, and their specialty drinks have almost no flavor.Overall very unimpressed with the offering, and I will remember to go elsewhere in the future.

The food was delicious, atmosphere was great for a fast, counter service restaurant. However, it was poorly staffed/understaffed. It was slow and disorganized. The kids working there weren't friendly and disinterested. The place was extremely messy with half the tables covered in garbage.

My visit to Zupas was a total letdown this evening not only was my food made poorly, but the ambiance was ruined by the presence of an employee, who entered the building reeking of an unmistakable scent and displaying clear signs of being under the influence. It's alarming that such behavior is tolerated in a professional setting, and it seriously detracted from my dining experience. Shame on you zupas!

Food is good and fresh but a bit overpriced for what you get. Online orders are hit and miss. If going at lunch or dinner for pickup, can be 15 minutes behind the time they tell you.
Great experience at this fine establishment. I have never written a yelp review before, but this exceptional staff and service had to be acknowledged. Whenever I go in they are some of the friendliest people I have ever met. One employee stood out to me. Jack was very helpful and had great insights about the menu. The chipotle chicken salad was delicious. I'm glad I took his suggestion! Great experience would come again 10/10

Great fresh food that's affordable. Staff is always friendly at this location and the restaurant is always clean. Definitely my favorite location. My wife, daughter and I love eating here. The Try Two Combo is the best! I always get the California Cobb or the Avocado Chopped with grilled chicken with the Turkey Club sandwich. Like Chick-fil-A, we always crave it on Sunday and they're closed so go Monday through Saturday.

I recently had the brisket grilled cheese that was very tasty. I highly recommend eating here. You will not be disappointed. The only issue I have had is when ordering curbside pickup. After clicking, I'm here in the app, and waiting several minutes, I end up having to go inside and get my food. I'm not sure if it is because they are busy and understaffed, but kind of annoying. They should just not offer that option.Parking: Depending on time you go, finding a spot could be challenging if you want to be close. If you don't mind a long walk, then there is no issue.
