Ate there exactly two times. Both times had a complicated process in ordering compared to other zupas. Got sick from the food both times. Will not return. Upsetting since Zupas is my favorite place to eat.

1st time here & enjoyed the chicken, avocado bowl and kombucha. We also had the Mediterranean bowl & raspberry lime soda. All of it was tasty & worth it. Highly recommend!

So I’ve never had an addiction before, but the closest I’ve gotten is the freaking Dubai strawberries at this place! I think there was a span of time over the summer where I was getting them daily - I’d often say they’re “worth incarnating on this God-forsaken planet for” 😂
My descent into pure gluttony could only be assuaged by the somewhat exorbitant pricing - these things are most definitely not a cheap treat.
I always order mine with no crunchy stuff on top and extra pistachio cream 🤤
This place also has a really cool selection of specialty (non-alcoholic) drinks - I love the raw honey lemonade, mango mojito, and piña colada.
I’ve never had a bad soup there either. If you’re not counting calories, get the Wisconsin cheddar and dip their rolls in it - don’t forget the butter!!
If you’re a bit more calorie conscious, the chickpea soup was surprisingly good - I thoroughly enjoyed it.
The mushroom is always a great one to get as well!
Either way, don’t forget the strawberries - they’re worth the calorie/cash expense 😂

This place was good when they opened but recently when ordering over the app or drive through I had had issues with my order. I ordered 2 nuts about berries and they added chicken to it without me asking for that add on. I thought they remade my order but they just took the chicken pieces out leaving some of it behind??? Don't come here in the afternoons, this seems to happen more during those times

I asked the store manager if there was any paprika in the brisket and she said she had no way of knowing. I explained I have an allergy to peppers & she pointed to a small sign that referenced cross contamination & shrugged. There is a big difference between cross contamination and ingredients. Your store manager should be trained in allergies AND know how to look up ingredients in the food & communicate it to the public. This should be the standard not the exception. I was so disappointed in her ambivalence, as if it was my fault for having allergies. Needless to say we won't be back
The way they handler orders is insane. By the time I get to pay, no one has any idea where my stuff is and they constantly try to give me wrong food. ALSO, $12 for a cup of apples???? It’s literally one apple and some chocolate. $12 is completely insane. No wonder there was no price advertised, I didn’t know it until I got my receipt. Total scam there, I can get 1 apple and some chocolate at the store for like $2.50

The cauliflower soup ALWAYS lacks 1 thing...cauliflower
When I order BBQ Brisket with pickles on the side, it would be better if I got the BBQ sauce that is SUPPOSED to come with the sandwich
I never order their soup with seeing it. If it's almost an empty pan, I will ask for fresh instead of getting a bowl of repulsive baked on tge pan scum. It's like nobody cares about the soup. How 😔 sad

I have enjoyed several items on several different occasions. I did have a mishap on my last order & was a little upsetting. I did reach out thru email just notifying the manager or whoever handles the “complaints & concerns” I was just expressing what had happened in hopes they can direct the problem & correct it moving forward. As a business owner I would prefer to know if there was a problem in my business, so it could be corrected. I was not seeking nor anticipating anything in return. The response was swift & very gracious of my email. I felt extremely heard & appreciated - thank you Zupas

The food presentation is not what it use to be, skimpy but still tastes good. Service was poor had to wait a long time to order only 2 people ahead of us who had already ordered and 4 people behind the counter only 1 of which was assisting previous customers 🤔 if you have a question or complaint about any thing it seems that the staff are not empowered to make a decision on their own and they have to have a group meeting because you asked for more salad dressing? I would be ok with the prices if the service was better. Last 2 visits not a clean table to sit at and the restaurant was empty 😕 had to pick the 1 with the least food partials on it because didn't want to wait till after the group meeting needed to fix it!

Always so fresh and delicious. We have gotten take out at least 6 times and its been consistent each time. Drive through is so quick and easy for online orders.

Overall ok first time visit. Warm bowl was actually cold, all parts of it. I didn’t get my receipt, cashier crumpled it and tossed it which was ok but I dined in and at the end was going to eat the roll when I saw it had mold spots. I told the cashier they gave me a new one. I noticed the strawberry cups were sitting out not refrigerated and the cream for those cups was sitting in a mostly melted bowl of water with some bits of ice didn’t seem stable for the product.
