Stopped here randomly because it looked cute from the outside and I love a small business. 3 cake pops for $10. They were not good (the worst I’ve ever had) and very small. I thought it said online that cake pops were a dollar on Tuesdays, but that is obviously not the case. The woman who worked there (the owner maybe?) barely said a word to me and was on the phone the entire time. Customers aren’t a priority. I wanted to try a coffee but felt rushed. Wouldn’t stop here again.

Bought this cake for my 30th photoshoot & it came out perfectly!! So beautiful and the bonus was that it was SO delicious!! The raspberry filling with the marble cake was perfect. Also I inquired about this cake on a Saturday and it was done by Monday… QUICK turnaround!! I will be back!

Our wedding cake turned out beautifully! We had a lot of details and different filling in our 3 tier beauty! I knew Cakes and Ribbons would come through with flying colors as soon as I attended the free cake tasting! Every time I went in I purchased a piece of cake or other pastry to take home for dessert. Carmen was wonderful! She assured me everything would be perfect and it was! She is very talented! 5 stars are not enough! Love her

Beware: This business is a scam. My boyfriend ordered a $225 coffee mousse birthday cake, but we were given a plain strawberry cake instead. After realizing the mistake upon cutting it, we returned the entire cake the next day to request a refund. The owner dismissed it as a “simple mistake” and admitted to switching cakes but only refunded half the amount. She claimed, as a baker and business owner, that “only the decoration matters, not the taste” (video). If you’re fine paying $225 for the wrong cake just for its looks, this might be your place. Otherwise, avoid it. She ruined a birthday and took zero accountability.

My first time was visiting today, and I wasn’t happy with the experience at all. The customer service was very dry. The prices were extremely expensive and taste was terrible. I paid almost $40 for four slices of cake and they were absolutely terrible very dry Texture as if they were weeks old

I went looking for a bakery to buy a cake for my son’s birthday, my first impression at this place “oh it’s cute!” But once I walk in the lady stocking gave me an attitude like not wanting to sale. And to my opinion an 8 inch cake simple chocolate coated at $65 is over priced for me!, I’m not going to lie the cake was pretty good until two of my guest found two hairs in two separate slices. The price wasn’t such a big deal but her service I didn’t like and finding hairs on my food that’s a big no for me!.
Worst customer service EVER! Do not go here if you speak English. The person taking order won’t understand your order, will mess it up & then refuse to fix, refund or even apologize. Will also talk smack and harrass you . Very uncomfortable situation to put someone in on the day of their childs party. Very money hungry, terrible business.

This place pulled through! I needed to get a last minute smash cake for a birthday and they were able to get it done in a hour! For the price, taste and design, it was worth it! The lady was super sweet and would definitely order again.
