In general their food is good but it's apparent they are cutting corners. They're chicken tenders, for example, used to be nice large pieces of chicken and now are 4 smaller nugget size pieces. For the price they're not really worth it.

Love this little hole in the wall place, I go to order my breakfast & lunch almost daily. It perfect location to work because I literally can walk across the street and I can be there within minutes!

This place has been a huge disappointment over the years. They dont tell you when they run out of major ingredients and serve you food missing the ingredients without telling you and at full price. The portions on certain things are laughable too. The only reason they are in business is that they are so convenient for the local call center employees. This is the place I go as a last resort and I'm desperate. They still manage to disappoint me about half of the time too.

The food is a hit and miss , i found hair in my nacho sauce, i feel like if your in the kitchen your hair needs to be in a net not just tied up to avoid your hair falling into someone food

Its good food and the location is nice as its in the same building I work in, additionally the staff goes the extra mile to help all these hungry people get their lunch, I used to work in the building next door and they would have a booth in the break room to schedule orders to be delivered to the break room

The worst service I have ever had. They had the odasity to serve a bagel with the hard crusty cream cheese from the frigde in my bagel. They burn bagels if you ask them to toast it everytime. they are completely incompetent. And have such a bad attitude. They were recently evaluated And had caroaded coffee dispenser tubes. Ugh god ypu mean to tell me my coffee was being pured through rotten dirty tubes And I'm drinking that. And not at all following any regulations what so ever. They get their bagal from frys, which is great but they buy the ones with the yellow "about to expire sticker" on it. It's $3 almost for one with cream cheese, you can't spring for the fresh buy one get one free band that they have for 3.99 a bag? They are buy one get one. Do better. You are providing one of most important services in this world, food. Act like you care. Thanks.

Omg the worst place to have access to in the work place. I feel depending on who is ordering they may cook it better like a Person that's looks of importance but if your a regular employee and once they realize you are, they don't care about the food is prepared. My bagal was made with the dried out cream cheese. And no, it wasn't just an accident. They literally spread the cream cheese with the dried out cream cheese visible within the cheese. It was obvious they didn't care. Another time they have me under cooked fries. And That time I ordered a BEC SANDWICH they made it with the wrong bagel. I tired to see of I can avoid the issue. It w ant good. Too spicy and I cant do spicy due to GURD. I returned and it was such a hassle. The Spanish girl.gave me back and bagel with NOTHING on it. And got annoyed at me for wanting what I actually paid for. Then another issue where I purchased coffee and they wanted to charge me extra for the half and half. Terrible service. Just buy your food for work. Don't waist your money
