I ordered a 12" Tuna footlong - specifically told the cashier I just wanted lettuce & tomato only. No cheese, no seasoning and I didn't want the footlong cut - I wanted it whole - the cashier rung it up all wrong - he didn't listen at all - even though I was very clear on what I wanted - he rung in no cheese and only tomato and only Onion (what only onion) and didn't list no seasoning - I'm glad I look at the receipt - the whole point here is, if a customer requests a specific sandwich that is what the person should get - You shouldn't have to micro manage the process. At this point, I don't trust the staff in making my sandwich correctly - other than that, it is a fantastic sandwich.... LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMER AND PLACE THE ORDER CORRECTLY AS ORDERED....

The young staff at this shop are there to breathe air and that’s about it. I’ve ordered two sandwiches from this location. First sandwich covered in brown lettuce. Second sandwich my husband picked up for me and was supposed to have peppers and onions and everything that the website says the same that the website says and I got a sandwich with meat and cheese and bread and that’s it. Upon calling the store and speaking with the manager who was on duty this evening he explaine

Nice clean place, employees were very nice and had plenty of patience as I had never been there and unfamiliar with the menu. Sandwichs we ordered were very good, bread was fresh, more meat and ingredients than most places and a good variety of regular and vegetarian selections. We will be back.
