8 of the most horrible tastes I've ever experienced in my life. I wish google reviews had a way to give a couple of minus stars, so I could give this restaurant at least a -3⭐️'s. 1 star doesn't give my bad experience justice. So, here you go for those of you wanting to try something new like I did, Please do yourself a huge favor and DO NOT GO HERE! We wanted to eat something \\\"good\\\" and decided to try this restaurant (Bell location) by entering noticed a patio from the parking lot, as we got closer the tables were extremely dirty and dusty. Of course no one was sitting in that area. Saw cashier and a printed menu posted in the right side of the restaurant wall, menu screens were also available. The menu looked very extensive and somehow interesting with no pictures but decided to get surprised (I did, but in a horrible way) one of the signs says that everything was fresh and no cans and everything was supposed to be prepared to order. My husband wanted a \\\"CARNE CON CHILE COLORADO BURRITO\\\" (enchilada style) when cashier asked if we wanted chicken or beef, that was our first red flag. I know now I shouldn't keep ordering and just leave. Since the chile Colorado is known to always be beef chunks ONLY. Anyways! I kept ordering and I wanted a \\\"Poblano chile relleno\\\" I couldn't order it my way cause according to cashier and one of their cooks, the chile poblanos were already stuffed with rice, chicken and who knows what else. I didn't want the chicken or rice, first of all, who makes chiles rellenos of that? Secondly, remember the sign that said that \\\"EVERYTHING IS FRESH\\\"? well, that is definitely not true if they already have the chiles stuffed with all of that right? ?\\u200d♀️, oh well... I decided to try their Anaheim chile relleno w/cheese, in the menu it says that they have the most delicious \\\"spinach dip ever\\\" (that's exactly how that part of the menu reads), so, I decided to try it too! We also ordered 2 chicken tacos and 1 al pastor taco for the rest of my family members. As for drinks, we got horchata which by the way was not even close to be fresh or homemade at all. We paid $60 for our order. They gave us our drinks and 3 plastic little plastic trays with no paper liners and half way of chips. I proceeded to get salsa from their salsa bar, that looked decent and had a variety of salsa options, the pico de Gallo salsa was horrible, extremely watery and no flavor at all which is very unusual because the ingredients are flavorful and there is no need for a \\\"good recipe or secret ingredient\\\" how can you ruin a pico de Gallo salsa? Wow! We got our order and let me tell you all: **Carne con chile Colorado burrito enchilada style was soooooooooooo bad, my husband trow it away as soon as ge tasted it, he asked me to taste it before just to make sure it was actually that bad and it wasn't only his imagination. So, I did. Guess what? They were not hunks of meat!! It was shredded bees with a horrible weird taste and the \\\"chile colorado sauce\\\" tasted amd looked more like mole than chile. Rice and beans tasteless. So he didn't eat it at all. **Chile relleno was decent flavor, but honestly you can't ruin a chile flavor, it should always be good, some more spicy than others because you can't control that but that's normal right? I had a hard time finding the actual chile since it was buried at the bottom of 3/4 of the plate was full of batter and salsa. **Remeber the spinach dip that supposed to be the best ever? Well, taste was \\\"ok\\\" nothing special but definitely not a dipit looked more like a broccoli soup that a dip.? **tacos were big and double tortilla but extremely dry and tasteless. ?\\u200d♀️ Overall, I'll say We wasted our time and money going to this place???. I will NEVER GO BACK OR RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE, or maybe i will recommend to people I don't like? ??? please don't go to this pl

Love the Carne Asada tacos! They come with their thick + yummy guacamole, and they are always gluten free! I eat here regularly. You have to try their 8 home made salsas at the salsa bar. A couple flavors are the BEST I've had from ANY restaurant. Love the salsa!Just wish they could make their giant Mexican pizzas gluten free.

I end up going in late at night sometimes. The younger staff give me looks of moderate displeasure. But the older staff smile as if I was the first customer.

This location isn’t necessarily the best out of all Caramba’s, but the food and margaritas never fail.

I ordered thru uber and I got the wrong items. But even with me being a little hard of hearing and difficult to talk to sometimes they were patient, efficient, and nice about fixing my order. The food is fantastic well cooked, great presentation, good quality, and still hot when I got it. Definitely ordering from here more often. Great workers, great place, great food ????

I think it is the best taco Tuesday in town. Chips and salsa bar are a nice plus, and margaritas are really good!

Food here is delicious! Their margaritas are amazing. Expensive but fortunately you only need one for a buzz and maybe three to call it a night. Lol. Try their Mexican pizza. It's huge. They have taco Tuesdays where a bunch of stuff is discounted. Very casual , neighborly atmosphere. Not a nice dining out feel but more like a backyard get together. They have outside seating with misters if you enjoy our triple digit summers. Give em a try I think you will enjoy. Also must try their neighbor.. LaMars donuts! OMG. Their donuts are like biting into heaven. ! But that's another review. Enjoy !Kid-friendliness: Just see a lot of families eating here when I've came in.Parking: It's in a little strip mall , maybe 5 other businesses in the same area that also use the parking lot, so it's enough to accommodate. Tues are busy because it's taco Tuesday, so arrive early if you need to park up front.Dietary restrictions: Glanced over it but not what I was there for so I don't recall. Some veggie meals and gluten free items, a bunch actually. Something for everyone don't worry about that being an issue.

We started eating plant based over 4 years ago. No cheese, dairy or meat, fish or chicken. Always missed Caramba's! One month ago we learned Caramva's now has a vegan burrito! We bought it about 2 weeks ago. So good! Yesterday we went back and I said they need to have a vegan Salpicon. She asked me what that would look like. I said all the veggies and Pico, no meat, cheese or sour cream. She recommended the black beans. Done! I am in heaven. So good. I would give 10 stars if I could

I absolutely love Caramba because the food is always great, and the primo margarita is awesome. Great value, lots of menu items including shrimp enchiladas! Super casual atmosphere and quick service. Wish there were more locations.
