The food is okay. Went there for a nice dinner for two and the place was empty, despite that they decided to sit a family of four with two obnoxious ill behaved kids literally right next to us. They could have sat them anywhere but they were like “nah, see that nice young couple over there trying to have a romantic evening? Lets sit them right there!” Ruined our evening, couldnt get out of there fast enough. Wish i could have gotten out faster or even asked to move but the server wasnt attentive enough. Some common sense goes a long ways in the hospitality industry. Its unfortunate because i live next door and its the only place nearby so i hoped to frequent this place but i wont be back.

This has all the signs of a cost cutting Marriott restaurant. The restaurant looks nice and the food looks good, but after the first bite, you realize it is a con. Cheap meat, cheat premade frozen burger paddies (probably from Walmart) and virtually everything is fried and over salted to cover up the terrible product. The only thing keeping this restaurant afloat is its association with Marriott and hotel guest who visit only out of connivence of location. I’m sure there aren’t many repeat customers.

A vibe on its own. The aesthetics, food, presentations, water, cleanliness, atmosphere… so many GREAT things about this place.

Below I’ve added photos of my order. Everything was cooked and seasoned to perfection. I have zero complaints.

My order: Buffalo cauliflower well done + beef tacos. I hope this review is the one you’ve been looking for. GO!!! You won’t be disappointed.

Overpriced hotel food. Nothing stood out and it took forever for a server to even acknowledge our table even with the restaurant was less than half full.

30 Minutes for water? I get if it was busy wasn’t busy at all. Got here 6 got water at 6:28. Was only helping big party tables. Please focus on the small parties as well.

I came here a couple of times while attending a conference at the hotel. Both times I was with a small group of about 6-8 and both times had to wait an hour for our food. When it did come, it was good. They didn’t have a lunch menu on the weekend, just brunch. I got tacos which were good. Dinner menu wasn’t very big but the Caesar salad with chicken was good. The best thing may have been a bowl of chocolate mousse I had for dessert. It’s convenient if you’re there but there may be better options elsewhere.

Fries were dripping grease and hamburger was grossly underdone.
Staff was busy but friendly.
Beautiful day to eat outside.
Manager came over to apologize and took care of the bill and gave me a dessert.

I was very disappointed on my Father's Day Brunch that was not available at Carcara, we were here last Easter & enjoyed the brunch. My Wife booked it & when we arrived there was no brunch service even though it was advertised as a $119.00 per person. Very disappointed that it was cancelled without notice, we could've booked Wren & Wolf. Another issue was that we had about 3 1/2 pancakes, pork sausage, & turkey bacon left to be boxed up, we received only the pancakes in our to go box. I'd recommend if you're not going to have brunch on a special occasion in the future that you notify guests beforehand, as I stated we had other choices for a Father's Day Brunch!

It’s been a little while since the food at a restaurant has been excellent and Carrara is the first in 2025 to leave me speechless. The bone in rib-eye pork was succulent warm and paired nicely with the chorizo baked beans. Their cobb salad was a nice accompaniment to this meal. Because of its richness would encourage the restaurant to offer the pork with a tiny side salad just for freshness.

Carcara is undeniably a beautiful place; It’s Instagram-worthy and feels upscale without being pretentious.

Customer service was great. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in.

That said, the food unfortunately fell a bit short. Most of the dishes lacked the bold flavors I hoping for. Nothing was terrible, just underwhelming considering the price and the overall vibe of the restaurant.

Carcara is worth visiting for the ambiance and service, but if you're a foodie looking for standout flavors, it may leave you wanting more.

Carcara was a wonderful and chill place to have a post graduation brunch. We enjoyed all of our meals, including the avocado toast, frittata, breakfast tacos, margaritas and mimosas. Service was excellent and did not feel rushed. Beautiful restaurant as well with ample seating indoors and outdoor.

A nice hotel restaurant with outdoor seating! Food was good, the service was a bit delayed. But enjoyed everything I tried there!
