I've been to a few Carls Jr's in the Phoenix area and the food is great and the staff alway friendly. But..... I have 2 complaints about their internet. 1. A few of them do not have wifi even though it says they do. 2. I can set up a new account, the message I keep getting is Ooops something went wrong. Anyway, since I love their burgers I will continue to go but with less expectations.
I know it’s a bold statement, but this is probably the worst Carl’s Jr.. I’ve ever been in my life.

I just came from McDonald's and they were a human was not able to serve me I had to go through a machine only. So I left. I came to Carl's Jr cuz I love your hamburgers and you still have people and no machines. Thank you
