The cashier, Alicia, did a fantastic job. She was left completely alone at 8:30pm. She was the one to take my order AND make it. She is a prime example of what an employee should be and is deserving of a raise.

As I strolled through other reviews, I guess you're used to negative feedback. Well, here's some more. The service suck and the handling of the food and drink is sloppy. Tried to call and got an instant hang up. And any food or drink handed off to any Dasher should be secured.

I always go to Carl's Jr, but this one on 51st Ave, I always try to get there because we see that it looks clean and in particular a cook, Mrs. Araceli, who is very clean and efficient and above all very well finished the meat or chicken… I always recommend that you go to that restaurant

I ordered via the mobile app and my order was made wrong. Asked for a spicy chicken sandwich with no lettuce it came with extra lettuce. Which I was willing to forgive but I also asked for a double guacamole burger and only received a single as shown in the picture. Also forgot to add tried to call the store to let them know and every time I call it automatically gets hung up after it rings once.

Have been coming here for a while but the menu changed, the staff is not knowledgeable on what they are selling. I ordered my burger and got a different one. They "corrected" my burger and was not cooked properly. I'm no longer coming here I had rate this a 4 star now I can barely give it a 1 star
