Went to get a monster breakfast sandwich and the sausage was so disgusting it looked old . My 4 year old said it wasn’t sausage and didn’t eat it. 😒😩

Stopped here for my 30 mins lunch break and when I paid they tell me to park in the front and food will be right out. Waited 20mins and still no food, I go up to the front to try and get a refund and all of the sudden my food was ready. Why can’t they let us know that it was going to take a while and at that point I can choose to wait or not. I could of gone to another fast food restaurant to get faster food. Now I had 5 mins to drive back to work and 5 mins to eat. It is horrible and I didn’t get my refund that’s the least they could of done.

Drive-thru order, ordered one kids meal only. Parked at front as instructed. Five cars later, still no food. Delivery to two cars waiting that came after us. Employee did not look at us, did not explain delay. I went inside and stood at counter about 3 minutes before being acknowledged, as no employee was at the counter. Employee said there was a problem with order, no further explanation or apology. Continued waiting at counter about 2 more minutes until receipt of kid meal. 5040 W Baseline Rd, Store 1101599, Order 371283.

The food is always cold they don’t offer any sauces and when you ask for some they act like it’s coming out their paycheck, employees don’t know whaat their doing they stand around talking the entire time They close way before 10Pm and don’t open on time for example this morning I came at exactly 6am when they’re supposed to be open for breakfast before work the 3 workers are just staring at me through the window I walk to the other side door still locked I wait until 6:15 and try again they all go into the office

Management = Clowns. I don’t blame the kid working the grill, I blame the management for not training their employees. 5:30pm on 9/21/25, ordered 2 California classic double cheese burgers. The burgers I received only had one patty. If this was the first time I wouldn’t even say anything but this is the 5th or 6th time. At this point I blame myself the most but after actually reading the other reviews this is not just a bad employee it’s bad management and training. What a joke.
