The employees here are impatient and rude, the guy working at nights all the time is clueless and disappears sometimes making it hard to get service. The lobby especially in the back is dark as well as lots of lights out.
I remember when there was a young Asian boy working front and back a lot of times that always took care of this place… I have no idea wha happen but you need to have him back!

I personally think the quality of the food products is in decline. It's becoming overpriced for what you get. The lack of customer service at this location is hard to miss. The staff deliberately comes across as rude, dismissive and often openly hostile. Hardly the way l want to be mistreated when supporting your livelihood.

I've been coming to this establishment for a long time and I've never had any problems with the food or customer service... but today was a terrible experience with my food, with the service, in all, they gave me raw meat in my hamburger! And it took ages for them to give me the food, today was terrible! Not even an apology for what happened, nothing at all.

The last 3 times I've gone here they've gotten my order wrong. I feel like the employees just dont care and do a half ass job. Went through drive through and ordered a TRIPLE WESTERN CHEESEBURGER and when I got home I have a double cheeseburger. How the hell do you get that mixed up? Derek is what his name Tag said, it seemed like Derek was to acupied talking to his friends in the lobby. You guys need to do better. Won't be coming here anymore.
