I ordered my DoorDash from them an hour ago and they still haven't even made the food and when I call the store to ask their phone rings for five minutes and nobody answers horrible service

I needed to stop by to pick up some fries because I need to take my meds with food. It had been a long time since getting fries here. The manager gave me the fresh fries that he just finished frying, they were very tasty.

Uncomfortably hot inside — no airflow, sweating through the entire meal. Employees were even standing in the doorway just to get air. I will not be coming back, and I’ll be letting others know about this experience!

Went in hoping for quick meal, it seemed like the ac was out, customer service was basically non existent except for one out of the three employees I could see one of was just blatantly on a phone call the whole time I was there I believe, the burger was sloppily assembled and I came to find out that there was one regular patty and two jr patty’s which wasn’t too bad of an issue but overall I would just go somewhere else or just go through the drive thru.

Employee stole our food. Apparently it was the end of his shift and his buddy was waiting in the store for him. Guy bagged our food, gave it to his buddy and they just bounced. Left us waiting for food that would never come. Got our money back but no one seemed to care.
Also, there was a sewer smell in the place.

We never eat here but was surprised it was better than expected. Had breakfast and loved the round spuds.
Store needs a refresh! Bench seats not attached, ripped and the walls have cracks all over. Looks so run down
