The person who took my order asked me over and over what I ordered,asking if I ordered the western, or the Diablo, when all I asked for was a double famous star. This wouldn't have been an issue if the young man had taken his ear buds out of his left ear as he had a drive thru headset over his right ear. So he was listening to something in both ears while trying to take orders... on top of this, I decided to order the double because I'm hungry enough for it. I get back home and see it's a single. Seriously? The lackluster customer service and missing a whole patty in this economy is unacceptable. $13.52 for my order, I went around 7:50 pm. I would not suggest this location. Sketchy area, not a welcoming atmosphere, and no quality control for food orders. Just go to the QT up the street and save yourself the disappointment and money.

I've visited here twice and both experiences were the same: Tweekerville, with subpar, cold food. Your order is most likely going to be wrong and you will be asked for spare change, a smoke, and light before you leave the drive through. Oh, and you won't be able to use the restroom after dark. Hope you pee before you get in line.
Update: So I was supposed to receive 2 free meals as per the district manager, they were supposed to not have an explanation date, only needing my name and phone number, but twice I have been to claim them and the manager says she knows nothing about it and didn't even get my name or phone number ... More disappointment. I really want to like this place.

I had been to a Carl's Jr in years and even longer for Hardee's, and it's never really been on the radar for good food for us because we figured it was way expensive. My husband ended up going because there was some kind of deal on the app and he got a chicken sandwich, which he raved about and urging that I try. So I did and it was really dang good. Probably the best chicken sandwich I've had in a while. I like that they send coupons thru the mail

I come to this Carl's Jr. ⭐️ probably once a month when visiting a family member and have never really had any problems with my orders or the staff. But if there were any issues, the restaurant employees have always taken care of it. The place is always clean and so are thier restrooms 🚻. There is always plenty of parking 🅿️. Sure the place is outdated, short staff and too many homeless hang around due to the bus stop area being in front. But again, the good food 🍔🍟🥤and nice customer service 😊😊 is what makes me come to this place. 👍

Got the chicken tenders and fries today and there was a light hair in my food that I found after finishing my meal. I feel disgusted that I ate that now. I will never come back.
