I was eating a sandwich and not getting any chicken. I opened it up and there's a 1 inch by 1 inch piece of chicken. I know everybody is cutting down in their portions and charging more but this is ridiculous! Shame on you Carl's Jr shame on you!

Just left this location at 7:05pm 3/3 and I worked in Management for quite some time. The level of customer service, team work and efficiency these hardworking women displayed is the best I seen in YEARS! GREAT JOB LADIES!! They prepared my meal (for a family of 6) in less than 5 mins. The place was clean and welcoming. Not to mention this is the 2nd time I ever had Carl's Jr and the service and food was great! Management, these women deserve a raise!! ?? ?

I didn’t expect to get great service yesterday evening since this Carls Jr. is in a trash hole part of town, and I was right. The punks in the kitchen gave me what was possibly the WORST fast food burger I’ve ever had. The buns were flattened out and hard as a ROCK. Pathetic
