I won't discredit the remainder of the restaurant staff because they were quite friendly. The team member who took our order at drive-thru didn't ring it in correctly and when we received our order it was only one combo when it was supposed to be two. Honestly, I like the food here, however, that team member should be retrained on ringing in orders correctly.

I had a great experience when dining in at Carl’s Jr. The gentleman up front, Arjune, was polite and kind, making our food fresh too. The food tastes even better when you have awesome service! Went Today to this carl’s jr love it amazing served food, Esteban was very respectful and friendly as well with the other wonderful staff love the service.
Chicken yummy,tender ? Yes..Ranch umm NO. MAYO NO. ONION RINGS.umm..ok. French toast sticks. Awesome. Clean,friendly. Not so yummy.. fresh yes. Tasty..not so good

All I asked for was for my shake to be thick so it would make it a few blocks home but its milky like they dont care about my request and i try to stop them in store but it makes no difference they just keep mixing till its water then want 5 bucks for a small watered down milkshake and Im writing this as proof that it was bad cause they are not answering the phone so they can make note of the complaint ive tried calling about 10-15 time it just rings until the busy tone but after I get my refund I just wont be going back period only one person in there does a good job anyways
