I was on a rush due to my lunch break, but this Carl’s Jr gave me my food quick and the good part is that the tenders I ordered were supper hot and fresh. I usually order tenders and they just warm. Props to this location and the staff is really friendly and courteous. Will definitely keep going back to this carls location.

-2 stars for getting the order wrong, but because I spoke to a robot instead of a person, and with some food with special request, they didn't get it right. We went at night and the immediate vicinity wasn't too comfortable looking also. -1 star.

We went in around 6pm-ish on Feb 26 & Maria took our order. (She had a partner, but we didn't get his name) & they both were outstanding. Friendly & professional, the place was clean. All in all, we would definitely recommend this Carl's Jr.Vegetarian options: Can order pretty much any burger in a "Beyond Beef" option

I have never been here..when I stepped in all I could think..this is the west coast version of Burger King..I did not enjoy the meal at all.

Visited this location today there were no orders on the screen. The cashier DID NOT greet me nor did she know how to ring up my coupon. She wasn’t wearing a name badge but she had red hair, hoop earrings and tribal tattoos on her forearms. She fumbled with the POS until finally asking the manager how to ring up the coupon. While trying to bag my order the cook said one Lg fry on Sm fry and she replied only on Sm fry. Until I said yes it’s one Lg and one Sm fry. She then proceeded to help drive thru. The manager finished bagging my order but ALSO forgot my Lg fry. I’m not to sure if these people just don’t care or have a learning disability. But it’s not very hard to read the screen one foot in front of your face. The cook made on of my burgers wrong and had to remake it. Leaving one big Carl on the heated waiting area. So it probably was served to someone else or wasted. These employees had a really hard time today and I cant image they were overwhelmed with how busy it was since I was the only order on the screen. This has to be a franchise because of it were a corp. location the ability to exceed would be met. If I was a secret shopper then they would have bombed it. Definitely need more training and accuracy.

Sam is thee best manager at this location! He's a great listener, problem solver, has great customer service and also runs a clean and tight ship ! I love dining in or swinging by to grab a quick bite. The food is always as good as the service!!!

This place has definitely changed in the past couple of months, the cleanness it’s obviously a big upgrade in this place I love eating where it’s clean and the service was a five star definitely the service that Jose and Luis gave us was friendly and courteous. The food was hot and fresh and honestly the last couple of times I been there it was not such a good food quality to the amount of money I paid, but definitely I will be going back, I don’t know what changed, but definitely was for a better chance. I want corporate to know that this carls is one of the most cleaning I been to.
