The customer service was terrible. The young man taking my order was rude and unfriendly. When I got my guac burger, I found a piece of plastic (or possibly a glove) in it. It was absolutely disgusting—I ended up throwing up my food. This is a serious issue. I don’t even know if I accidentally ate some of it, but I felt a long plastic-like piece in the back of my throat and had to pull it out. Completely unacceptable.

Paid for a double burger and was given a single burger and no receipt. Do their job for them and check it’s right before they walk away (they will throw your bag and disappear without a word)

So then I parked and went into the store and nobody ever took my order. There was plenty of people, leaning up against the counter, drinking energy drinks, employees that is, so yeah I guess they’ve lost my business.

Ordered a western bacon cheeseburger and a double famous star with cheese, received the WBC and a double western, when I went to tell the cashier she told me I ordered 2 westerns. Tried to exchange it for the burger I wanted and was told "I got what I ordered"... I've been to this location 3 times and 2 of those times they've messed up my order. Horrible service.

Stole money from me. Didn't have ice cream for a shake. Wouldn't give my money back. I was told the manager would make it right if I called back the next day, she didn't. Idk who put this horrible excuse for a human being manager position. I called several times the next day, didn't answer. Refused to give me the shake the next day. Customer service also didn't answer. Never coming to Carl's Jr again.
