I Door Dash'd an order from here. I'm eating the sandwich and getting no chicken. I open it up and this is what I found. Yeah, I know everybody is reducing the size and charging more for their product... But this is absolutely ridiculous! Shame on you Carl's Jr, shame on you!

Good food and service for the most part, been in the fastfood industry most my life including management, but I would never let my lobby look like it does here most the time. You can tell they are understaffed or not staffed properly. I should not have to look for a clean table, they should all be clean. I applied so I could demonstrate my capabilities. I usually live Carl's. But this night the girl at the window was more interested in her cell phone then her drive through guests. She was rude and out of line. I asked her name and she lied and said I am not allowed to give you my name. If she worked for me (and thank God she doesn't.) she would be fired for half of her actions manners and skills. Let alone her full mode rude entitled attitude. I never received a call from corporate about my complaint. Maybe they don't really care about customer service either. I am very disappointed with Carl's at this time.

Forgot the burgers are char grilled. So good. No after taste that I experience at the other restaurant that also grills their burgers. Good service from the order taker. Had the big burger small combo. Really surprised at the size of the burger. Used a coupon, awesome.
