I asked for a western bacon cheeseburger burger they said they didn’t have bacon cheeseburgers rung me up for a classic double cheeseburger and added bacon then charged me two extra patties yo fix it

do not use their drive-thru !!! Even when there's no one behind you, they will tell you to pull over to the parking lot by the front door and then absolutely forget about you. They are not set up to deliver your orders to the parking lot, they have no numbered spaces..... The only reason they do it is so that their numbers look good to their absolutely stupid management! As if they believe the drive-thru speed means anything whatsoever on their reports when you just tell the person to sit in the parking lot and forget all about them. Awesome way to measure customer service

If I can give this carls a -10 I would every time I have came they always say there no shakes. This is the second time I come asking for a shake in the night and they say there out or the shake machine is broken how ridiculous!!!

I spent $35 on two meals. I ordered in the app at exactly 8PM and picked it up in less than 10 minutes. I couldn’t get unsweetened iced tea although I had already paid. The fries were cold, I handed them back through the drive thru window, and the chicken sandwich looked as though it had been made at 6PM if not much earlier. This is the hand breaded chicken sandwich! It wasn’t even crispy! SOGGY but also HARD in places, and this is the second one. I returned the FIRST ONE. They refused to make me a fresh one! They refused to make me FRESH FRIES! I will never return. I’m guessing they turned off the fryers, because I sent the chicken sandwich back and got another that was cold, soggy in some places and hard in others, yet wasn’t even warm. NO! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION! When you pay over $35 for two meals, you expect it to be recently made. I have complained to corporate regarding my experience tonight. This is unacceptable! DO NOT ASSUME SWEETENED RASPBERRY ICE TEA IS THE SAME AS UNSWEETENED ICED TEA! NO SUGAR TEA IS NOT THE SAME AS UNSWEETENED TEA! One of the few reasons I go to Carl’s Jr. is so I can get a brewed unsweetened iced tea, but I’m done now, as I’m unwilling to put up with cold fries and food made hours before I ordered it. This hard and soggy, cold, hand breaded chicken sandwich is hours old and the employees knew it! Absolutely DISGUSTING! They only wanted to go home exactly when the restaurant closes, which was hours away, too. Over it and DONE with Carl’s Jr. now! I want the AREA MANAGER to contact me. This is absolutely the worst Carl’s Jr. I’ve ever been to, with the rudest employees, and the worst service!!!

Today is the last time I come to this location, every single time I order here whether online or through the drive tru, I'm missing something. A couple times I had to drive back from home just to get missing items from my order, sometimes multiple items missing. I understand mistakes happen, but every single time... it's too much, today I was missing a whole meal, a large drink, am order of Jalapeno poppers, all the condiments, and 4 out of the 6 straws for my drinks. I know some blame rests on me for continuing to come back. But I finally learned my lesson.

Work service seriously got there at 11:05 p.m. we're going to place an order the location closes at 12:00 and they said that they already closed I don't know who the owner is but if I was the owner I would be pissed losing money due to their workers that are getting paid to do a job Friday night June 27
