When it comes to burger fast food places for me the real beef is here at Carl's, for some reason every other burger joint with the exception of places like in n out, rally's, Wendy's, the burgers taste like cardboard. You can actually taste the processed food. That said Carl's Jr is one of my favorites.

Good customer service thanks for your help new girl was doing great. Forgot her name but thank you.
Workers were handling food with no gloves to then use cell phone while waiting and then back to food. No one acknowledged us when we walked in. 5 min later comes to register and stands there, does not say a word to us. I finally ask if my online order is ready of if it was recived... Girlasks for my name and walks away. Never comes back. I stand there for 15 more min and ask again. Staff was horrible.
