I came after a huge rainstorm and their electronics were down so straightaway they asked me if cash was OK. The service was quick, friendly and efficient and I was on my way in only a couple minutes. I got the spicy burger. I think it would have been better without the jalapeño poppers but it was still good. Thank you for lunch!

20 minute wait, no apology from manager after hearing clear kitchen miscommunication. Just sat it down and left. No sauce. Wasn't even busy. It's a shame all maricopas fast food restaurants trend this direction with staff after settling in from opening.

Really disappointed, ordered a famous star and spicy chicken sandwich. Both were ice cold.. and I’m not even sure if the meat on these was actually even heated up or cooked. I didn’t eat either of them. I have my receipt and will be reaching out to the appropriate food safety organization as well as corporate CJ to file a formal health and safety complaint. If the owner reads these, you need to be more in control of your staff because this can make someone really sick.

District manager Linda is racist only hires mexican staff and is constantly picking on the only black employee there that she didn't hire. I think she's trying to make him quit but she sends him home for no reason all the time. Food is cold the black employee and Asian girl are nice. But 2 stars for how they treat the black employee
Honestly, I never expected eating the chicken sandwich at Carl's Jr would be a pretty good experience. At first, I was hesitant at eating there due to the commercials in the past (especially the Paris Hilton one) but the staff over there were very helpful with me and explaining what in the chicken sandwich and such, especially Damian who make sure that my order was done right.
I'll be looking forward at eating at Carl's Jr whenever I have some chicken sandwich cravings, heh

I asked for no pickles, the receipt said no pickles. I had to take the burger back because it had pickles. At the mesa locations all food is made fresh. Food was not fresh here and the taste of the burger reflected as much. I will not be back to this location.
