This is the absolute worst Cava ever. I love their food but they couldn’t get an order correct to save their lives. Last week, ordered a bowl for pickup and the chicken was missing, then today the bowl I ordered didn’t have the dressing. Avoid this Cava!

A group of three of us came here right when they opened. The food was fresh and we were greeted with open arms. I regret that I missed the one woman’s name but she was the most hospitable person and even let me sample the lamb- very good I should add! Highly recommend her and this location!

I really enjoyed my food today and felt like it was served with love. Sheba was the one who I was blessed with meeting today. She advised me on what sauces may pair well with food, informed me about new items on the menu and ensured I got a fresh batch of pita chips. I absolutely recommend her, cava and this location. I have been to this location many times, but today I left with the biggest smile on my face! Sheba’s (forgive me if I spelt her name wrong) kindness and energy was exactly what I needed today. I was greeted by Sheba, one of the kindest angels on earth! She instantly made me feel welcome at Cava, as if it was her home. She raved about the delicious fresh food they make and suggested that I try their homemade garlic & jalapeño sauce to add some spice to my Harrisa Avocado bowl. I love spicey, so I was happy to try it. She was right, I loved every bite!! I'm excited to go back and order this again. I highly recommend Cava and Sheba was truly a blessing!!

Sheba was the Queen for the day as was the entire staff. Best CAVA experience ever. Great location, atmosphere, service and food. You have to meet Sheba to know what I'm saying. I have no words other than outstanding! After you get the Sheba experience you'll come back to thank me. I hope she gets paid what she's worth. Customer service is at an all time low but my experience at CAVA restore my faith in the service industry. Thank you to all who made my experience splendiferous.

We were traveling from Flagstaff and visiting some friends. They introduced us to Cava. Our son has potentially serious egg and dairy allergies and the servers, Amber and Jace, were so incredibly helpful, considerate, and understanding in regards to our son's allergies and making sure everything we ordered was safe for him. On top of that, the food was great, with very reasonable prices, and I just can't say enough good things about the service. We'll definitely be coming back the next time we're down and I wish there was a location or something like it in Flag. Thanks again for the great restaurant experience.Dietary restrictions: Servers went above and beyond to make sure the foods are safe, plus well-marked options on the menus for vegan options.Kid-friendliness: Kids pita option.
