Every time I go in for a mobile order l'm met with a line of the most miserable sounding employees who take 15+ minutes to even acknowledge you and ask what you're waiting for. Food is always cold because it was ready before i even got there but sat on the counter while I waited 3 feet away. They must all be way overworked and underpaid teenagers because l've never seen one of these employees smile on night shift. I might still tolerate it if the food was still good but nowadays it's soggy, cold, and mediocre.

These recent positive reviews HAVE to be fake. I’ve never experienced customer service this bad anywhere else. Every single time I’ve placed an online order to pick up here, the vibes are OFF! Employees are clearly annoyed when you ask for your order. Last night when this employee asked if she forgot anything in my order, I politely said we were just missing a side of pita. She went over to get it, then when she came back she THREW it on its side, into my bag. Food is hardly ever warm, and they skimp on the ingredients when you place an online order.

Staff and food were good. The place is dirty — dirty floors and table tops are sticky and crumby. Staff should be cleaning tables tops and under tables between customers.
