Horrible place to go out dancing or for drinks the security tonight was super disrespectful to woman trying to go in the bar waiting in line , and when you get in you can’t even get a drink it’s so packed the bartenders are rude and make you wait foreverrr to get a drink so slow … horrible customer service ..

I didn't like any of the food but the drinks were fun. Mainly just didn't have much flavor.
Many of the guests seemed to like the sushi though. The lanes are small but very clean. Had a ton of fun and had no problems with setting up my customization for my group!
Staff were attentive and nice. Willing to make custom drinks even non alcoholic. One thing is that when the place is super busy it's really hard to have a conversation, especially by the bar. We didn't have any chairs at the bar so we all had to stand.

This is a great place to have fun with friends, not the greatest place to get to talk to people. The drinks can be expensive and there are not a lot of places to sit. The drinks on the menu are unique and the bar is quite spacious. If you go here, it would be smart to bowl here at the same time. This would add to the experience.

First time here and it was more than we could hope for great quality food. Margarita was on point. The popcorn chicken is super tasty sushi fresh outdoor seating area was lovely event at 6 PM. Great service definitely come back.

Honestly, I used to be a major Palma fan. That's now sadly done with. Was in and out in 28 minutes, waitress never came back. We were told “Oh you guys are efficient” by her, no you just didn't care to even ask if we wanted another drink ever after never coming back to even check on us. Won't be returning.

We ordered from the happy hour menu and were very happy with everything we got- garlic noodles, sushi, papaya salad (regular menu). The cocktails were a little on the sweet side- had to order an extra shot to mix in my cocktail so it wasn't overly sweet
Service took a while but the food was delicious. We had the papaya salad, noodles with chicken and a crunchy roll, would recommend all of them. Cocktails were a bit on the sweet side.

They cancelled my groups reservation due to a private party. We had no idea until we showed up and the host tried to say they called Sunday and earlier today. That never happened, our host called Sunday anyway and even got a confirmation text and email this morning. They tried to avoid refunding the reservation at all costs and asked us to wait until the private event was over in over two hours or a table at their restaurant. Overall incredibly unprofessional and they acted like they were doing US a favor by processing a refund for a reservation they backed out of.

I really don't want to give Palma a high rating because I don't want people to flock there. But to be honest this is my favorite place in downtown Phoenix. The food is exquisite and the ambience is incredible. Do yourself a favor and visit Palma.

Food was yummy and the place has a great vibe. My only criticism is that they kept clearing stuff before we were done. My cocktail was taken when it still had a quarter of the glass full. Our nachos were cleared when the plate was half full.
