I was still ordering and when I tried to clarify my order, I tried to correct them and since that point the girl that was cooking started giving us attitude. When she handed me my food she was giving me attitude and being rude. We asked for ketchup, forks ect. And they said they were out of everything until 2 days later. We tried to sit our daughter on a high chair and they said she cant sit at the end if the table because its policy and the manager in the back said no one could sit at the end of the table. This is the worst Charlys I've been too and my family has worked for this company at different locations and it has never been as bad of experience as this one. I don't recommend this place.

We asked them not to put sauce on the kids boneless wings. I clarified that they don’t come with sauce, but was told because there was not button for no sauce so we were required to get sauce. We tried to ask if they can just turn to the cook that was standing right there and say “no sauce” but were told they weren’t allowed because they didn’t have a button for it…lol

The food I ordered was brought to me, but it was thrown on the table. As a result, the salt from the fries was scattered all over the table. 🤣 I wondered how they could do business with customers with such service.

I stood in line and ordered my food before anyone helped me and I'm the only one in line. There's are 5 ppl behind the counter....

UPDATE. I went to the store with receipt and the manager was super nice and corrected the issues. Satisfied and will be giving them another shot in the future as the quality is generally good at this location.
Ordered 2 small Philly's and asked for banana peppers on one of them. Got home and both sandwiches weren't toasted, there was no mayo lettuce or tomato on either sandwich and the one that was supposed to have banana peppers didn't have them and our fries were not fully cooked. I spent $24 for a meal and a sandwich as well as 4pc boneless wings and a side of ranch. Not at all worth it. Called the number on the receipt and was just told sorry about that we will let the store manager know.

Food was good. The employee said they are not allowed to give water cups per their manager. I bought food and couldn't even get a water??

Daniel Needs a raise ! He’s amazing !

I ordered an old fashioned large sandwich with a 6 piece boneless wing and a strawberry lemonade. first of all I only got a half sandwich and it had pickles, lettuce, tomatos and bacon on it so not the one I ordered, then while this is not a big deal I got 5 boneless wings instead of 6, plus no napkins, or sauces or anything. over all a very disappointing meal. I will say they closed in an 45 min but I don't think that's a good reason to not care at all about what you make

I watched the cashier treat guests before with a big cheesy smile. When it was my turn, she gave me the cold shoulder treatment. What was my first thought? Yes, she dont like native people.

Orders before me were all dine in and they delivered the food to the customers. My number was called over and over until I walked up to get my meal. Lol.

My food was made very sloppy. Even my dog eats better. I left without commenting because i knew i wouldn't be nice to those kids that were behind the counter. Since I've lived in the area, that was my first encounter of such behavior.

I won't ever eat there again.

Most of the employees did not understand English to be able to take my order. The food was just okay, wings need to be seasoned even before sauce is added.
