Would love to try this place again, had it a few years ago with my son but our order took close to 30 minutes with an empty dining room. when you walk in, it's... Immediate dread from everyone who has already ordered and you can see the staff moving at the speed of slug, usually understaffed on top.

It's usually a semi-full dining room with only 1-3 people that actually have food. Staff avoid the register to avoid confrontation from guests. Unfortunately the sandwich isn't worth the experience, which is odd. Usually these in store places have even more sense of urgency, as sales are literally walking through Walmarts door.

1 star for the large philly with extra meat. With all the lettuce, tomatoes, mushrooms and peppers there's no room for extra meat. I wouldn't call this sandwitch a philly. Old school is probably closer to a philly

Listen- I LOVE Charley’s. My mom and I used to drive to our local mall just to get a Chicken California, eat it, and go home. I have been a fan of Charley’s Cheesesteaks for as long as I can remember. I order the Chicken California the same way they offer it in the samples- with no veggies. This was my first time at this location, and I was so excited I even convinced my friend to meet me for lunch. Long story short, the food was bad. They got my order wrong at first, then when I got my correct sandwich the cheese wasn’t melted and the sandwich overall was extremely dry (I’ve attached a photo). Remember, this is the exact same order I’ve loved for years. I managed to eat the whole thing while trying to convince myself that it was tolerable because I’m not one to waste money. My friend wasn’t able to stomach her sandwich so we tossed it and went next door for smoothies. Very disappointed.

I was in there order 2 different combos and they messed up order ... they had me paying for everything separate charging me more money instead of just putting the combo... won't be coming here and eating again... waste of time and money ... no apology or nothing then changed me for a sauce ...SMH

I was still ordering and when I tried to clarify my order, I tried to correct them and since that point the girl that was cooking started giving us attitude. When she handed me my food she was giving me attitude and being rude. We asked for ketchup, forks ect. And they said they were out of everything until 2 days later. We tried to sit our daughter on a high chair and they said she cant sit at the end if the table because its policy and the manager in the back said no one could sit at the end of the table. This is the worst Charlys I've been too and my family has worked for this company at different locations and it has never been as bad of experience as this one. I don't recommend this place.

We asked them not to put sauce on the kids boneless wings. I clarified that they don’t come with sauce, but was told because there was not button for no sauce so we were required to get sauce. We tried to ask if they can just turn to the cook that was standing right there and say “no sauce” but were told they weren’t allowed because they didn’t have a button for it…lol

The food I ordered was brought to me, but it was thrown on the table. As a result, the salt from the fries was scattered all over the table. 🤣 I wondered how they could do business with customers with such service.

UPDATE. I went to the store with receipt and the manager was super nice and corrected the issues. Satisfied and will be giving them another shot in the future as the quality is generally good at this location.
Ordered 2 small Philly's and asked for banana peppers on one of them. Got home and both sandwiches weren't toasted, there was no mayo lettuce or tomato on either sandwich and the one that was supposed to have banana peppers didn't have them and our fries were not fully cooked. I spent $24 for a meal and a sandwich as well as 4pc boneless wings and a side of ranch. Not at all worth it. Called the number on the receipt and was just told sorry about that we will let the store manager know.
