Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings

Used to work here and the food was always amazing! Now trying it for the first time in a couple years I was again disappointed because I asked for grilled banana peppers and got grilled jalapeño’s instead which has happened before in the past last few time I came here! I’m currently pregnant and didn’t want something spicy and banana peppers give me the satisfaction I need with them being slightly tangy with a slight spice and was extremely disappointed when I got jalapeños. I still ate it as I was feeling a bit nauseous from having an empty stomach outside of that it was good!

The bread was dry and the sandwich was falling apart. Not much flavor. Location- Bonney Lake, Washington.

Stood at the counter for quite some time before I got service. Absolutely worst chicken California ive ever had. (Employee: hatem according to receipt). I asked for banana peppers 3 times. Did not get banana peppers. The chicken was hella dry. More mayo than a fat man’s hotdog on 4th of July. I regret getting a large cause I only had 3 bites before I threw it away. As a long time Charley’s fan I was disappointed to throw it away. Gross.

We order from this place a lot and we’ve never hade a complaint. The food is GREAT and the sandwich is packed with toppings.
I was a little disappointed with my most recent order. I decided to try the Kimchi cheese steak. It tasted amazing, but there was barely anything on my sandwich.

Terrible experience ordered delivery for Father’s Day. They forgot a third of the food that we had ordered when we called we were helped by an employee on the receipt named Hatem Who actually ended up hanging up the phone up on my husband who was being nothing but polite and extremely patient considering the guy asked him the same question 15 times and then just eventually hung up on him. We actually called the DoorDash driver who was super cool and went back there and got another sandwich and brought it to us but yeah, the food was not good and the customer service was terrible absolutely terrible…. also, are delivery driver gave us a tip that the people walking in and out of the bathrooms with their aprons were not washing their hands and as I read on the reviews, I could see that that was a very common trend so if you ever eat here and you get sick, I would contact the health department. This is also literally the first time I have ever bothered to leave a review for a restaurant, because I’m not a big complainer, but people really really should avoid overspending at this place. Whoever owns this restaurant should really hire some people who actually care about doing a good job because they are going to run their business into the ground

Been wanting to try this place for months because the pictured sandwiches on their menu board look delicious.......... they're not. Small, bland and expensive is the best description I can come up with for this place. I can see why there weren't many people here on a Sunday during lunchtime. $5 to add fries and a drink is way overpriced and I almost walked out when they gave me my total but I was hungry. The fries were actually decent but an overall unsatisfying experience. I'll go to the other chain sub shops and get better food for less.

There was a short Mexican lady working the front ignoring me and my family when we walked up. I looked at her and the other employee and they both were whispering and looking at me. So I yell at them “are you open or what?!” So then she just stares at me, I’m ordering my food having to repeat myself a couple times, because she’s not even listening.I let my husband know I didn’t get his large drink and the old Mexican lady told the other employee I don’t think they ordered one, and I’m getting annoyed because I had to tell her three times a large Coke. Our food was good, but they need to do better on their employee’s customer service.

Inside a Walmart but it's nice and quiet. I'm from Buffalo NY. Land of original wing and I spent a lot of time in Philly. I was delighted when the cashier asked if I wanted any ranch or blue cheese. Buffaloians use blue cheese... very good wings sweet teriyaki. Could have lived without the sesame seeds, but very good.

The Spanish lady who works at night kept messing our order up, we repeated it three times and we double checked and asked her if she’d make the gourmet fries she said yes she’ll make it that way but lied we’re missing two mozzarella sticks, that she charged us for, we waited super long. Don’t waste your money here.
