Daniel gave excellent customer service—friendly, fast, and made sure all my customizations were perfect. The food came out hot and fresh, and the atmosphere was great (didn’t even feel like I was inside Walmart!). I’m glad I gave this location a chance—it’s way better than the other one I used to go to. I’ll definitely be back!

The food is always good. The service as I sit here right now is horrible. Took 10 minutes just to take my order. There was no one else in line. They looked at my 3 times and didn't even acknowledge i was there. The tray was disgusting. When I asked for a fork for my fries she looked at me like I was disturbing her. I will bypass here if these girls are working again.

Placed a mobile order and the order wasn't even started , missed my lunch and the food wasn't even tasty, doo-doo

Everything was perfect, the Customer Service from Stephen, the food quality was made very quick and hot and fresh, all the customizations were made perfectly. Nice music in the eating area, almost didnt feel like I was at walmart, I’ve been hesitant to go to this location because it’s inside Walmart on 19th Ave. and Bell, but I always do my research and check reviews before I go to any restaurant and for the past couple of months they have had five star reviews from everyone, nowadays Customer Service seems to be out the window at most restaurants. I used to go to Charlie’s Philly cheesesteaks on 27th Ave. And Agua Fria for years and the past couple of years and months and weeks that place has gone downhill, they don’t even have managers on staff half the time, just a bunch of kids that don’t care to be there, and are not friendly to the customers. I’m so glad I gave this Charlie’s location a chance, it is five minutes away from me compared to 15 minutes away to the other location. The only problem with this location is that they did such a good job and hooked it up so well that I am so full now! Ha! Yumm thank you! Keep it up

Steven was awesome! I've had a couple bad days and his smile, service, knowledge, and everything made everything so much easier and helped me relax and smile myself. He made my day, and hung out talking to us. Thank you Steven for being so good to my husband and I! We really needed it and loved you!

Steven was amazing and definitely made it worth coming back and had a great vibe and amazing attitude. I will come back as long as he is working.

Fries were made way before the sandwich was so they were cold. Had to ask for new fries by the time they came the sandwich was cold . Not sure why you would make fries way before especially when it is a take out order
