Team is always amazing here, the food comes out quickly and fresh!!! Will be back to this location, also you can tell they put a lot of work into keeping the restaurant clean, you can tell they upkeep the giant red chair!

I had got a ultimate fries with jalapeños in it I got close to the end of my food and bit into a jalapeño and as I was chewing on it I felt something hard and it was glass in my food

Overall this restaurant is hands down the best great food, great service definitely recommended

2 spanish speaking ladies that look like they have no idea what they’re doing. Hardly spoke english and I had to wait over 20 minutes for one philly cheese sandwich. Terrible attitudes, even with a clear language barrier. Do better.

When I approached the counter . I thought I was gonna be help when they both look at me . And then continue talking Dominican or Puerto Rican ladies continue talking I seen they had a self pay so I tried to place an order due to no customer service from them two . Placed the order at the machine wasn’t working a lady walk up who was speaking Spanish placed a order with one other the ladies after placing her order the lady walk away I then said excuse machine wasn’t working she rolled her eyes . Told the manger lady rebooted the machine and took my order , she was time to leave I had order a strawberry lemonade and same lady with the attitude said she was out how gonna be out of something if a customer places a order for it . The worst customer service I experienced I have been to a lot of Charlys restaurant and never As bad at this one hopefull they can do better or get rid of the lady with the attitude thank God I don’t leave close by to this location I was in the area decide to get something.

This place is inside Walmart. They took 20 minutes to serve our order. Tables are dirty.

Horrible service ! On top of having to wait almost 30 minutes they gave me the whole order wrong !! Tried calling phone doesn’t even ring.
