Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings

Took quite a bit of time to make my cheese steak sandwich. It was ok not great, but average.

Ordered a bacon 3 cheese with no tomato. I get my order there are tomato and not fresh ones(over ripe). So I take my sandwich back to let them know he takes it back to the cook after they touched the food they bring it back to me and ask if I wanted it to be remade or just take them off( well if I just wanted them off I would have taken them off but they were soggy and smashed in the food. So I just too the meal and left. Just to touch on the "Atmosphere" the place was dirty chicken bones under the big red chair trash on the floor. I wouldn't have ordered here but my choices were limited with the situation I am in. I advise to not go here. P.S. I did throw the food away after I though about it and decided to not ear tonight thank you for taking my 15 bucks for a nasty experience.

Bottom line: their Cheese steak sandwiches are beyond delicious. Here's why the three star rating though: tables weren't well cleaned even though at first the restaurant was not too busy. Secondly, there seemed to be a few flies in the establishment. Thirdly, upon ordering 'Ultimate Ranch Fries', the French Fries weren't fresh(mind you, I requested fresh french fries). They had to be remade (which as a manager of this relatively new location should have been mindful of making a fresh first impression). But the Philly Cheese Steak made up for it(the pickles are so good here)!

Amazing. Jaime’s customer service is the greatest, a perfect example of someone who knows how to make a customer happy and wanting to come back!

Our cheesesteaks were delicious! Fries were good too. Definitely gotta try other things on the menu.

Edit: Management made right with complimentary food. The food was good, I'm gonna give it another shot, but probably at a different location, the employees at this location, are slacking and got a bad attitudeWow I've never been so insulted just trying to order a sandwich. Every thing I said was somehow the most frustrating and annoying thing the cashier ever had to deal with. Shaking her head nonstop. Her name is Lisa and I think she's a manager, she needs to be fired immediately. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable for her to be treating customers like that. Like she tried to make it as clear as possible that I was being an inconvenience to her by being a little unsure of what I wanted to order.
