Ordered a bacon 3 cheese with no tomato. I get my order there are tomato and not fresh ones(over ripe). So I take my sandwich back to let them know he takes it back to the cook after they touched the food they bring it back to me and ask if I wanted it to be remade or just take them off( well if I just wanted them off I would have taken them off but they were soggy and smashed in the food. So I just too the meal and left. Just to touch on the "Atmosphere" the place was dirty chicken bones under the big red chair trash on the floor. I wouldn't have ordered here but my choices were limited with the situation I am in. I advise to not go here. P.S. I did throw the food away after I though about it and decided to not ear tonight thank you for taking my 15 bucks for a nasty experience.

I ordered a simple cheesesteak with extra provolone I received a cheesesteak with melted provolone, and then a slice of provolone, unmelted, on top of my meat. I pointed it out to the employee, and they didn't seem to care. And then went over to the catsup dispenser and it was empty. I reported it to the employee, and he didn't care. Cheesesteak was mediocre, not going back

Bottom line: their Cheese steak sandwiches are beyond delicious. Here's why the three star rating though: tables weren't well cleaned even though at first the restaurant was not too busy. Secondly, there seemed to be a few flies in the establishment. Thirdly, upon ordering 'Ultimate Ranch Fries', the French Fries weren't fresh(mind you, I requested fresh french fries). They had to be remade (which as a manager of this relatively new location should have been mindful of making a fresh first impression). But the Philly Cheese Steak made up for it(the pickles are so good here)!

I CAN EAT HERE EVERY DAY!Charleys is always my number one spot to grub! They never disappoint! Every time I go in to any location, they always greet me in a chill personable way. Their food is always fresh and the meat is juicy, plus the portions are big! I end up bringing some home for the next day. My fav is the Buffalo Chicken Philly! Mouthwatering and always a banger. I also recommend their fries, so yummy. I'm craving it now that I'm writing this lol on my way! CHARLEYS FTW!!!!

Edit: Management made right with complimentary food. The food was good, I'm gonna give it another shot, but probably at a different location, the employees at this location, are slacking and got a bad attitudeWow I've never been so insulted just trying to order a sandwich. Every thing I said was somehow the most frustrating and annoying thing the cashier ever had to deal with. Shaking her head nonstop. Her name is Lisa and I think she's a manager, she needs to be fired immediately. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable for her to be treating customers like that. Like she tried to make it as clear as possible that I was being an inconvenience to her by being a little unsure of what I wanted to order.
