Charleys Philly Steaks

Specifically put down my sandwich as a large with extra meat when i asked for a small. Extremely rude when I asked and just told me I ordered a large. Sandwiches are okay at best anyways lol don't come here expecting a good experience.

To start, this is literally my only review on Yelp. This Charlie's is the running joke of my family. In 6 attempts, they have never made my sandwich correctly and very rarely do we get our complete order. I order the buffalo chicken, which comes with chicken, cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch, onions, and banana peppers. Every single time, I've asked for the sandwich to only include meat, cheese, and sauce in a variety of ways. No matter how I phrase my request the sandwich is never correct. I've tried at least four different ways of asking for no onions or banana peppers to no avail. Save yourself the delivery fee and either go in or avoid this place altogether. This issue has been going on for years! I'm encouraging my family to find a new sandwich shop as I will not be giving Charlie's anymore of my business.

Love going to Charleys. They sometimes hand out coupons which have three different deals. The best one is the buy one get one free. Plus the staff are friendly

The ultimate fries are amazing! I love the peach lemonade with fresh chunks of peaches in it! The steak sandwich is non comparable. One of my favorite places!

Charley's Philly cheese steaks are my go-to when I take a trip to the mall. With that perfect balance of cheese, steak, peppers and onions, I can never go back to GreatSteak at Arrowhead. My only beef with Charley's is with the fries, they were very plain and unsalted. If you want fries, pick the bacon and cheese fries.

Fantastic food great price, it is by far my favorite place for cheese steaks all the food is so fresh and comes out quickly, I highly recommend.

Every time I go the customer service seems to be getting better the quality of food is excellent USDA choice steaks made to order great cheese and bacon french fries also the best signature lemonade strawberry lemonade is my favorite
