I didn't go here, I went to Panda Express and it's always great food and plenty of it with a great price!

Love me some Charley’s this is my favorite place to grab a quality Philly cheese steak oh yeah its bomb !!!

Every time I come here it’s a disappointment every time I order from here it’s dissatisfying it’s worth it to just drive 6 more miles up the road

The fries were a bit undercooked, but the chicken sandwich was normal and a good value at 9 bucks.

Charlie’s in general is going downhill. I ordered a sandwich. “ as is with no mayo, and an extra side of lettuce, on the side”. He clarified that I wanted lettuce both on my sandwich and on the side, to which i agreed. When I got my sandwich, and got to my car, I found that my sandwich had no vegetables at all, and that all of the original vegetables were just on the side which was annoying, but I just built my sandwich anyway. The real kicker is that y’all don’t toast bread anymore I guess? I took my first bite just to realize that the bread was soaking wet all the way through, it was literal mush on my sandwich. I took a bite and I went to pick it up to take a second bite, and it fell apart all in the container. It was a really shitty experience, and for two bites of a $20 order will absolutely not be coming back

Didn't order anything, both restrooms weren't closed. So, I stopped next door to Panda Express.

They barely put any chicken and I asked for extra Teriyaki sauce and they didn’t even put any sauce. Very disappointing. The total for my meal was 16$ and I got 1 slice of tomato cut in half, very little chicken and no teriyaki sauce.

First I want to say I’m a fan of these sandwiches. They are decent. What I’m not a fan of is lack of customer service. The cashier was anything but friendly. The After getting my $18 sandwich I asked for a side of ranch which they tried charging for. Since when can we not get a side of any sauce at no charge when you spend $18 for a sandwich???? Nickle and dime ….

They don't remind customers if they have rewards on their phone get earn points . I asked about it. seem like never heard rewards for them get points. I don't know the cashier is new. Or never being trained

Fantastic service and even better food

Silvedo was so polite and friendly! Answered all of our questions and the food came out quickly and fresh. Highly recommend this location!
