Went to this location today for lunch and it was not great. When we first walked in I noticed the tables were dirty and hadn’t been wiped. There wasn’t many people so it wasn’t too busy to wipe the tables. We were never greeted, the lady just stood at the counter staring at us until we started ordering. She was very rude and short with us while ordering. When we got our food it just looked like they rushed and threw mean on a bun and squirted cheese on top. The lettuce was wilted and the sandwich was just warm not hot like it was freshly made. We dined in and it started picking up, the lady cashier visited with friends instead of helping customers even as the line grew. Very disappointed in this visit and probably won’t be back.

Customer service was not friendly. Because I ordered flat wings I was told it would take 5 min longer. Well, it took a total of five minutes. Wings are supposed to be cooked to crispy. They were not even close to crispy. I Checked with Chat AI before writing this review….Wings and fries are supposed to be crispy. They were not even close. I went home and had to put them in my airfryer to finish their job. I picked up dinner because I did not want to cook and wanted crispy flat wings. I would rather wait for them to be cooked properly, then undone. This is what the customer expects with wings. Please educate and follow through with your employees to get the best reviews! This was a disappointment. Sorry
I was in your restaurant on Monday, 4/28 at about 8:30. My order was taken by a gal with dark curly hair and glasses.

Food was good, but employees with bad attitude.

Food 5 stars! All three employees attitudes, 0 stars, seemed like none of them wanted to be there, I was very friendly with them and was sure to show my gratitude and none of them even cracked a smile. Cashier lady with nose piercing took her time walking over to the register to take my order and didn’t even welcome me, just looked at me waiting for me to order like she was so annoyed to see me.. not great. Doesn’t really make me want to go back anytime soon. Also, the chicken teriyaki sandwich has been my favorite for years, and the teriyaki sauce tasted extra salty, more like soy sauce instead of teriyaki

Every time I come in Silvino is always amazing. He remembers my order each time and make sure that it’s perfect. When I come in, he even helps me practice my Spanish. He’s a great employee.

The food was very good and ready fast, the service too, elbino is very attentive with the customers.

Silvino was extremely kind and efficient.

Selvino was incredibly nice and helpful. I was greeted upon arrival and service was prompt. Food was delicious.

Food always tastes good my favorite Charley’s to come to Silvino adds the touch of master cook to each Philly cheesesteak!
