Their food is great, and employees are polite. However everytime I go here, the service is super slow. So I decided to order online, after 20 minutes I go to pick it up and still had to wait another 10 minutes for my food. It should not take nearly 30 minutes for a sub especially when I order it in advance. They need to work on efficiency because the other branches are not this slow.

They forgot to put the bacon on. They forgot to take off the Jalepenos. At least they didn't put BBQ sauce on. The sub was decent. Bacon would have made it taste a whole lot better. They must be "toasted" while making it

I ordered online this eveningAt 7:00 p.m. I did not receive my order until 7:45 p.m. I asked for no tomatoes and no onions. When I got my order home it was inedible because it was covered with onions. I tried to call the store but they wouldn't pick up. I don't understand! ( Note to self: don't go on Friday or Saturday night!)

Love their food, never disappoints. However, before we left my wife used their restroom and came out completely disgusted at how filthy it was. The prices aren't cheap (food is amazing) and the area it's located in is nice so I'd expect that the establishment would have somewhat of a decent restroom.

As far as sandwich places go, this one is at the top of my list for favorites. A lot of puns and innuendos behind the menu, decor, and atmosphere but I saw lots of families bringing their kids in enjoying meals together. They offer a wide variety of unique sandwiches toasted including vegan in 4, 8, and 12 inch sizes with optional meal meal upgrade. Most of the sandwiches range from $8-$15 depending on the size, upgrading to a meal with a fountain drink and chips is about $4 more. Husband got the KGB and i ordered the AK-47 and we shared with both being very good! Mine came with au jus and was simpler while my husband's had horseradish and pickles with a kick- totally different but equally good! Place was so busy, customers get food quick, hibiscus tea is awesome! Highly recommend!
