Worst sub I've ever had from here. Got the Sensi Kush. Supposed to have bacon lettuce tomato avocado. There was almost no avocado and absolutely no lettuce. Service was ok. I have been coming here for several years and quality just keeps getting worse. I doubt I'll be back

We come here at least once a week, and tonight was a massive drop in expectations. The place really wasn't busy, there was maybe 8 people in the restaurant. Ordered at 6:20pm, didn't get our 3 sandwiches until 7:00. All three sandwiches were missing something, and we were handed the extra ingredients in containers to add ourself after asking about it. There was still something missing in them, and the whole experience just suckedI don't wanna be a snob but for a $12 sandwich that we rave about to family and friends just kinda sucked. Go to the downtown Chandler location!

Make sure they read back your order bc I just got home after 40 mins of driving without Turkey on my sandwich. I called and the guy said the cashier only rang up bacon when he looked up my order. I specifically started my order saying I wanted a Turkey sandwich but didn't know what sandwich to order and she told me I could do a "build your own" so I ended up adding bacon and other stuff after saying I wanted Turkey and ultimately got a 100% bacon sandwich. If they were thorough this would've been avoided before I even paid. Annoying

I'd give it 5 starts but wasn't a fan of the rap cursing music at 1:30 in the afternoon. Bring back the classic rock, beach Vibes, chill music. Leave the cursing rap for after 8pm or something. I've been a cheba hut fan for 15 years.. keep the same vibe and artists playing that are actually on your walls.I'm good with old school rap but this new ish just isn't 1:30 pm friendly

Usually I love this place. But not when Robbie is working. The way he treats coworkers in front of customers is unacceptable. He’s rude and loud and seems to think he’s superior to those around him. Not a good look at all. You should do something about him.

Tonight I ordered a pakalolo on DoorDash when it arrived I was very angry to find a piece of bread with only lettuce, sauce and a pickle in it. There was no ham, Swiss or pineapple in my sandwich this is laziness at its finest. This is not what I paid for and I encourage everyone to try another sub restaurant.

I love Cheba hut, but this location needs some help. I order the same sandwich every time and it's just not consistent. While I was sitting waiting for my sandwich I made the mistake of looking up. Bad idea. Layers of dust EVERYWHERE. That can't be good. Also 1/2 the time I try and order Cheba hut thru DoorDash, it's not available and the sandwich will come from the Tempe location.

Store was slow when we went in and we ordered a cheesy garlic bread. Waited 20 minutes and found out they gave the order to someone else. While they offered to make us another one, I did not have an additional 20 minutes to wait.They did not communicate well when the order was completed as my daughter was sitting right next to where the order would come out. While people in there are super chill and nice, and the food is spectacular, the service is ridiculously slow.

This place is normally very fantastic until this time when I ordered online for pick up. Pretty much my Nug had virtually no protein. Ate just bread and some condiments. I guess I just need to order in the store. Highly disappointed.
