Cheba Hut doesn’t care if your Door Dash driver picked up your food an hour and a half ago or not. Even though they hired Door Dash to deliver and you pay a bunch of extra money for delivery. So yeah- I won’t be ordering from them again customer service really went down the drain. I would have offered to intervene or suggest to come get a free sub coupon on something for poor service. I ordered my food off the Cheba Hut Website after all.
Love this place everyone who works here is awesome and the sandwiches are so good.
