The food was as wonderful as any other location. It was extremely busy, being at the lunch hour of ASU. It was by far the longest wait I've ever had at a Chick-fil-A, but they had good attitudes and were working diligently to try to keep up. That makes the difference; that they seem to care. Next time I'm back in town, I'd stop again, hopefully not at lunch hour.

My first and most likely only time trying Chick-fil-A. Was in town for the ASHRAE conference and wanted to try the place as I have always heard good things about it. I was very disappointed. I ordered the grilled chicken menu. The chicken was dry and rubbery. The lettuce was wilted and looked like it was spoiling as it had spots on it. The fries were the only thing that saved this meal. They were really great. The service was so unfriendly. No hello, no thank you. no goodbye or anything. The place was a mess. All the tables were dirty and had not been cleaned. Given that the place is right next to ASU, I would have thought there would be better service and food.
