Does not accept online orders which caused me to place an order at the wrong location thinking it was this one. I asked for no ice in The drink, the drink came with ice. I started a yelling match between two employees when I again asked for no ice and decided it just wasn’t worth the trouble. But with fast food, employees being so drastically underpaid, what can you really expect?
Conrad who was working here at 1:45pm 12/21/24 may be the rudest employee I've ever had to interact with. He would not respond to questions, scoffed, and just pointed to the next register as if he couldn't be bothered.

Missing sandwich with my meal and they didn’t even answer the phone! Also no drive through.
This Chick-fil-A is on the ASU downtown campus and it gets very busy at lunchtime and quite full as people wait for their food. However, staff like Maria and Patty maintain such joyful attitudes while doing their job that it’s hard to be upset about how crowded the area is.
