i went in and literally the only person who treated me nicely there was Jason on the register. i also saw that he was pretty much the only person working meanwhile his other coworkers (there were 4 others) were just standing and talking to each other. plus on my sandwich i asked for extra picked and did not get extra pickles so yeah the whole team needs to be evaluated tbh

Chick-fil-a is not bad. I work at GCU, where there are 2.

This used to be my goto place when I don't want to go to the Lopes Way location. However, my last visit here was very upsetting. After waiting through a long line, I wanted to have them put the chick-fil-a sandwich in a box, instead of a bag, to prevent it from becoming soggy. I have made the same requests several times when I was at the Lopes Way location. They have told me that it will be an upcharge if I want them to put the sandwich in the box, which is very ridiculous. I thought I had found a resolution to this by ordering deluxe sandwich without tomatoes, lettuce, and cheese, thinking they would put it in the box. I was wrong, but did not believe that they would do anything to help. Other than that, my drink & fries were not filled up. I will be going to the Lopes Way location moving forward, even if there is a longer line.

I could not eat here because it's behind locked fences. This is not a public location. The store is only for students.Would have appreciated this information when I was looking up this Chick-fil-A restaurant. So I didn't make a fool of myself by just driving up the street, and having the security guard telling me to leave the property.

The food on campus is not really better than the type you can get off campus but it's still good. Chick FIL A, just like any other fast food, comes out quick. The chicken is still quite crispy. Out of the things I've tried the fries can be a hit or miss and can get cold pretty quickly. The chicken here is still crispy and is the healthy option if you're in a fast food craving.
