Just stopped by and this is my first experience ever with a rude chik fila employee. I think her name was Jessica but she needs a serious attitude adjustment. If you don't like your job don't take it out on paying customers.

It's been awhile since I've had Chick-Fil-A and we were close by this one all day. This location is unique in the sense that you can only walk up and counter order from an outdoor kiosk or use the drive thru. There's a shaded lovely area to eat at if it's not too hot, though misters help a little if it is. Monica was super friendly taking both orders (for there and to go) and the food was prompt, hot and delicious. Tried a mashup sandwich from @Iamfromkorea and is was decadent. They seem to run a really smooth operation here and the delivery orders they where pushing out were gargantuan.
I was very disappointed with my experience with ordering from this Chick fil a location. I ordered my meal through the app and utilized chick fil a delivery. It charged my card and showed up on my transactions and gave me an estimate delivery of 30-45 mins. After an hour went by I attempted to contact the store to speak to a team leader and it went to voicemail. So I contacted the customer service line who told me they would reach out on their end to contact me regarding my order. Its been 2 days and I still have not received a call. I never received a phone call on if my food was on its way and it never got delivered. I attempted multiple times to call the store to get this issue resolved and always was sent to voicemail. Very disappointed in my experience and wouldnt recommended ordering from this location.

My experience at this Chick-fil-A was incredibly disappointing and embarrassing. I was given a gift card for a free breakfast sandwich to make up for a previous order mistake, only to find out it was expired. What was truly frustrating was the way the manager, Chris Martin, handled the situation.
Instead of handling it with the kind of customer service Chick-fil-A is known for, he simply bent the card back and forth, repeatedly stating there was nothing he could do. I was made to feel as though this was my fault, even though I had just received the expired card this month. All he offered was a free drink and a number to call, which felt like a complete dismissal of the issue.
The entire exchange was not only unhelpful but truly embarrassing. After being told my card couldn't be honored, I was forced to pay the $4.00 for the sandwich myself. I will never be returning to this specific location.
