9/03/25 literally i placed an order online i went to the window gave my name and they couldnt find my order anywhere in the system. i proved that i ordered there and showed proof of payment. and they wouldnt give me my food that i paid for bro all because they couldn’t find it. there was 4 different people trying to help me seemed like they had zero clue of what to do. i literally paid for my food already online then they proceeded to tell me to just go order at the window. i shouldnt have even been charged but i was. yall losing my order i legit already paid for is crazy. i basically spent 25 bucks on two chicken sandwiches.

Drive thru employee original skipped me and had to go back into the long drive thru line. Worst salad I've ever had at chik fil a. Small. Hardly any corn or cheese, after asking for extra cheese. A whole piece of chicken placed on salad rather than cut. Disappointed. Chik fil a is one of my favorite places to eat

Open my box of chicken Minnie's.It looks like they shook the box before they handed it to me. And they asked for a name. I said Vanessa when I picked up my order. It said Ernesto. Luckily I Was smart enough to realize their mistake.
I had a great visit to this Chik-Fil-A today. Chris helped me with my order all while having the greatest attitude! I felt personally welcomed and professionally valued. Great customer service!

Whoever had the idea to have outdoor only seating should be forced to bus tables at this location forever. It’s literally getting hotter year over year in Phoenix AZ of all places and you guys build a chick fil a with outdoor only seating. What is the matter with your brains.

Literally in line at the moment. Line is 6 deep at almost 9 PM on a Wednesday. Very long wait. They have one counter open. I’m so surprised and disappointed. Not at all to the standard of Chick-Fil-A. Looks like they’re trying but maybe just too busy. They should probably have more staff on shift or open at least both counters, if not three. Misters are on which is great on a summer Phoenix night but the misters are too strong that you get kinda soaked.
