Chicken has changed. Now it is very sweet through & through from the breading to the marinade on it. There's no need for sugar in chicken or breading! It's literally too sweet to eat and tastes odd. Sonny boy has changed a lot of things it seems; it's just NOT the same anymore! And no one seems to like it. No line, not many cars at 5PM, just a few. The food is just gross now & very sugary. Look out if you (like 73% of Americans) are diabetic!

Always super quick and super friendly here. Have had many positive visits in the past, but today's was so pleasant I can't help but leave a review. I only interacted with Gianni and the young lady working the drive-thru a bit ago (9:20am, 9/3, unfortunately missed her name) both have an excellent attitude -- I'm sure I was at least the 100th customer this morning, but they both still added genuine positivity to my very-routine drive-thru experience, and it was appreciated. 👌

So it’s chick-fil-a, the spicy chicken sandwich was fine, I also got an 8 pc nugget, those were dry and the waffle fries were good. No employee stated “my pleasure” when I thanked them.

The food is always so good. Tonight my husband and I had to wait a little extra in the drive thru because he ordered 30 grilled nuggets and the staff was so kind and letting us know when it would be ready and updating us. They even gave us a free chocolate shake and thanked us for our patients! I will always come back to this location!
As always, great perfectly prepared chicken. What else needs to be said? Mobile order app is great. However, when I arrived to pickup up my order I still had to wait behind 11 cars that placed on site drive thru order. Why place a mobile order if you still have to wait? If management would reopen the mobile order pickup line. When I inquired as to why that pickup lane was closed I was told 4 of their employees had been seriously injured by speeding cars. Really, Ok?
I don’t understand this Chick-fil-A. Every time we come our waffle fries are halfway filled and we don’t notice till we get home since we mainly go through the drive-thru. This has happened countless times and I’ve never had an issue with this at other locations. Please fix this! So frustrating.
Other than that, food is great, employees are nice. No complaints other than half empty fries every time.

I wasn’t going round write a review but I thought what I requested shouldn’t of been refused. I asked the young lady for a pup cup, and she said she had to ask the manager. I looked at her and said, really? I could tell she felt bad that she had to go ask. She came back and the manager told her “no”. She apologized and I told her it’s not your fault. I have gone to other Chick-Fil-A’s and it’s never been a problem, in fact when they see my two pugs with me they ask if I would like one. I see in the comments there are other comments of the management here seem to be not very hospitable. So I won’t be back to this one.
